Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Extraktionsverfahren zur Behandlung eines Gemischs (G) in einer Zentrifugenanordnung, welche eine Zentrifuge (Z, Z1, Z2) mit einer um eine Trommelachse (T) drehbar angeordnete Zentrifugentrommel (2) umfasst, mit einem Trommelmantel (21), einer Einlassöffnung (22) und einer Auslassöffnung (23), wobei an einer inneren Umfangsfläche (24) des Trommelmantels (21) ein Trommelsieb (3) vorgesehen ist. Der Zentrifugentrommel (2) wird ein Gemisch (G) das Phosphor und/oder eine Phosphor enthaltende chemische Verbindung und/oder hexavalentes Chrom (Chrom VI) umfasst zugeführt, wobei auf einer Innenseite des Trommelsiebs (3) eine Feststoffphase in Form eines Feststoffkuchens abgesetzt wird. In einem Extraktionsschritt (ES, ES1, ES2) wird ein Extraktionsfluid (E) derart in die Zentrifugentrommel (2) zugeführt und derart auf den abgesetzten Feststoffkuchen aufgebracht, dass mittels des Extraktionsfluids (E) das Phosphor und/oder die Phosphor enthaltende chemische Verbindung und/oder hexavalentes Chrom (Chrom VI) aus dem Feststoffkuchen extrahiert wird. Die Erfindung betrifft im Weiteren eine Zentrifugenanordnung zur Durchführung eines Extraktionsverfahrens.
