Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs de séparation de mélanges hétérogènes, notamment de suspensions, et peut s'utiliser dans l'industrie houillère ou dans d'autres industries. La centrifugeuse de décantation comprend un corps (1), un rotor (2) monté dans ledit corps (2) et constitué de deux parties dont une est un cône tronquée (4) et l'autre est un cylindre (3), le cône tronqué étant relié par sa grande base audit cylindre (3). Le cône tronqué (4) comporte des ouvertures (6) pour décharger la phase solide. A l'intérieur, coaxialement au rotor, on a disposé une vis (8) se présentant comme un tambour (9) sur lequel sont montées des spires d'une bobine (10). On a aussi formé dans le rotor (2) du côté opposé un deuxième cône tronqué (5) qui comporte des orifices (7) pour évacuer la phase liquide. Une partie de la vis disposée dans le cône tronqué (4) avec des ouvertures (6) pour décharger la phase solide possède un pas (L) qui augmente en séquence dans le sens des ouvertures (6) pour décharger la phase solide.
