Abstract

A method for web page content creation based aggregation of viewer's related opinions and recommendations. One embodiment of the method is that media information presented in web-pages can be used to influence viewer's consumption as well as user experience and enables the web's content provider to re-define and compose a new web-page design based on viewer's opinions and recommendations related the presented information media.

Description

A METHOD FOR WEB PAGE CONTENT CREATION BASED AGGREGATION OF VIEWERS RELATED
OPINIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
5 [1] The present invention relates generally to information media management and
usage for online advertising. This is done by utilizing a content based aggregation of viewer's related opinions and recommendations. The method herein enables one to compose a web site according to viewer's opinions and recommendations related to the presented information media.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [2] Media Information Management and creation is known in the art :
US Patent Application, US 2014/0081954 Al, Media Information Systems and Method, by Kirill Elizarov, discloses a system and method for generating thematic topics in assisting the compilation and dissemination of user generated content for citizen journalism in context from two or more media sources is provided. A first media source is queried for first topics. The first media source is one of the two or more media sources. The first topics are cross-referenced with a second media source of the one or more media sources. A most popular topic of the first topics is determined among the one or more media sources. The most popular topic has a greatest number of query and cross-reference results among the first topics. The determined most popular topic is associated with a related User Generated Content, UGC and transmitted. The resulting compendium of topics and UGC promotes development of a citizen journalism community and such online favorable reporting remains compatible with professional standards. US Patent Application, 0137316 Al, Media Information System and Method, by Kieill Elizarov, Sunny Isles Beach, discloses a system and method for receiving information (Graphic and Audio) generated and affected by direct viewer participation and to be aired to the viewers. The system and method of this invention provides a unique approach for mass media communication channels wherein the information content to be presented to the viewers is determined not by the management of the television channel but by the viewers actively voting for topics of their interest and participating in the discussion in the open air.
[3] US Patent Application, 2012/0137317 Al, System and Method for Itinerary Planning, by Kieill Elizarov, Sunny Isles Beach, Piter Elizarov discloses a system and method for receiving information (Graphic and Audio) generated and affected by direct viewer participation and to be aired to the viewers. The system and method of the invention provides a unique approach for mass media communication channels wherein the information content to be presented to the viewers is determined not by management of the television channel, but by the viewers actively voting for the topics of their interest and participating in the discussion in the open air, all in accordance with FCC regulations.
US Patent Application, 2013/0125159 Al, System and Method for Itinerary Planning, by Kieill Elizarov, Sunny Isles Beach, Piter Elizarov discloses a system and method for receiving information (Graphic and audio) generated and affected by direct viewer participation and to be aired to the viewers. The system and method of the present invention provides a unique approach for mass media communication channels wherein the information content to be presented to the viewers is determined not by the management of the television channel but by the viewers actively voting for the topics of their interest and participating in the discussion in the open air.
None of the above provides an online advertising and community information media management.
Thus, it is desirable to create a system and method which will allow one to compose and manage a shared session allowing online viewers to consume media information that is shared with their affiliated community and or their mini social network.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is one object of the invention to create a web-page according to aggregation of viewer's opinions and recommendations associated with the web page.
It is another object of the invention to improve the user experience and consumption of web-page content by utilizing an aggregation of viewer's opinions and recommendations associated with the web page.
DEFINITIONS
[4] Online media source: "A web-page comprises different types of content such as Text content, Images content, Videos content and any other type of media content"
Text content— "News, Advertisements, Web mapping and any other type of textual content associated with Information of media".
Profile Data - "User's personality data such as passive or active, leader or transported, open or close and any other type of profile data". Engagement Data - "User's behavioral data such as user's interaction with other users, user's click on content, user's time to read a content, user's referring domains, user's circle of interest and any other type of Engagement data".
Group of shared Users: "A group of internal users who share common preferences, engagement and profile data, similar web-site comments and or personal messages within a given online web site and any other type of shared characteristics".
Group of Followers engaged: "A group of external users who follow an internal group of users, in order to study internal user's profile and or engagement attributes, as well sharing with the internal group common preferences, engagement and profile data, similar web-site comments and or personal message within a given online web site and any other type of shared characteristics"
Add-on content interface: "A GUI add-on widget and or GUI interface enables viewers to receive recommendations related to social community associated with the web-page's published media content"
Weight factor: "A factor representing a role of media item's content importance according to various measures such as: degree or level of popularity related content media, degree or level of social interactions among viewers with similar preferences, opinions and or recommendations and any other type of measures"

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[7] The term "Text content" used interchangeably in the present invention, refers hereinafter to any means of media text such as: news, advertisements and web mapping and any combinations thereof.

The method 200 is implemented by a definition of terminologies 201, used to describe various categories related to web-page content such as: user's profile data, preferences, interests, geographic location, social prelateship data, attitude toward content, number of pages visits, leadership strength, number of posted items, number of re-posted items, comments, shares, votes, links, time of posted items, group affiliation and any combination of thereof; definition of terminologies by means of attributes and levels 202 representing terminologies in a deeper manner, for example - demographic attributes, personality attributes, specific topic preferences, content interests, size of social relationship group, positive and or negative attitude to content, number of likes and any combination of thereof; querying an online media source content 203 from a plurality of media sources in order to select a desired topic ; determination a selected topic from a plurality of received queried topics 204. Querying viewers related opinions and recommendations associated with said determined topic by said terminologies 205. Determining the web-page content according to said query results obtained from querying said viewers 206. Defining web-page widgets 207 associated with said web-page content. Generating a web-page content 208 by means of aggregating web-page widgets with said determined web-page created content by executing a web-page content generation module; displaying created content web- page to viewers 209 on said created web-page by a displaying operations module execution.
While one or more embodiments of the invention have been described, various alterations, additions, permutations and equivalents thereof are included within the scope of the invention. In the description of embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, which show by way of illustration specific embodiments of the claimed subject matter. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be used and that changes or alterations, such as structural changes, may be made. Such embodiments, changes or alterations are not necessarily departures from the scope with respect to the intended claimed subject matter.

Claims

THE INVENTION CLAIMED IS:
1. A method useful for web-page content creation associated with web-page based aggregation of viewers related opinions and or recommendations, comprising steps of:
a. defining terminologies 201 of said web page content creation aggregation of viewers related opinions and recommendations
b. defining attributes and levels 202 associated with said defined terminologies
c. querying an online media source content 203 from a plurality of media sources yielding a group of topics associated with said terminologies said attributes and levels
d. determining a selected topic 204 from said group of topics
e. querying viewers related opinions and recommendations 205 associated with said determined topic by said terminologies said attributes and levels f. determining said web-page created content 206 according to said query results obtained from querying said viewers related opinions and recommendations associated with said determined topic by said terminologies said attributes and levels
g. defining web-page widgets 207 associated with said web-page created content
h. generating web-page content 208 by means of aggregating said defined web-page widgets with said determined web-page created content i. displaying said generated web-page content 209 to said viewers on said web-page associated with said online media source by said displaying operations module
wherein said aggregated said defined web page widgets with said determined web-page created content is generated by means of execution a web-page content time based generation module The method according to claim 1 , wherein said step of defining terminologies of said web-page creation aggregation of viewers related opinions and
recommendations is selected from a group comprising: profile data, preferences, interests, geographic location, social relationship data, attitude towards content, number of page visits, leadership strength, number of posted items, number of re- posted items, comments, shares, votes, links, time of posted items, group affiliation or any combination of thereof
The method according to claim 1 , wherein said step of defining attributes and levels associated with said defined group of terminologies is selected from a group comprising: demographic attributes, personality attributes, specific topic preferences, content interests, size of social relationship group, positive and or negative attitude to content, number of likes and any combination thereof The method according to claim 1 , wherein said step of querying an online media source content from a plurality of media sources for topic selection is selected from a group comprising: video content, audio content, text content, image content and any combination thereof
The method according to claim 1, wherein said step of determining said selected topic from a plurality of said topics is selected from a group comprising: News, Entertainment, Finance, Lifestyle, Games, Video, Shop, Sport and any combination thereof
The method according to claim 1 , wherein said step of querying viewers related opinions and recommendations associated with said determined topics by said terminologies is selected from a plurality of opinions and recommendations items associated with said determined topic by said terminologies comprising: shares, likes and dislikes, number of respondents, affiliation to group of leaders, number of posted views, ranking status, number of connections associated with viewer and any combination thereof
The method according to claim 1 , wherein said step of determining web page created content according to said query results obtained from querying said viewers related opinions and recommendations comprising steps of:
(i) defining subject of matter associated with said selected topic (ii) dividing each subject of matter into content sub-groups
(iii) multiplying each content associated with said sub-group by a weight factor representing a role of item's importance according to said defined viewer's related opinions and recommendations resulting in receiving a content weighted item
(iv) summing each said content weighted item yielding a total content score
(v) receiving an averaged content score by means of dividing said total content score with number of said content
(vi) tagging each said subject of matter associated with said selected topic with said received averaged content score
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein said step of defining web page
widgets associated with said web-page content is selected from a group comprising: images, text, videos, links, graphical icons, command and control interface and any combination thereof
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein said step of generating said web-page content by means of aggregating said defined web-page widgets with said determined said web-page created content comprising the steps of:
(i) selecting said topics associated with said web-page
(ii) selecting said sub topics associated with said topics
(iii) positioning said topics and said sub topics in said web-page by means of creating a web-page content
(iv) determining design format associated with said we-page content
(v) aggregating said web page content with said-web page
10. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said step of displaying web-page
content to said viewers on said created web-page comprising steps of: selection of said web page content, send said-web page content to said web page interface, display said web-page content on said interface
