DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The stainless anchors to the facades of the building lend the mechanically fixed stainless sheets the effect of free-floating building components consisting of mechanically connected panels. In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the decorative facade cladding sun blocking or solar energy generating structure for interior and exterior environments, consisting of clay, aluminium, wood, LED or photovoltaic panels of the invention are provided in the
way of non-limiting examples, the sole purpose of which are to further clarify the subject.
It comprises a facade cladding system applicable to the outer surface of interior and exterior facades of all types of buildings. Its purpose is to bring added utility to the building as much as being decorative.
It lends the building a new visual design as it is created on the new or old surfaces of the building with a new plane. The intensity, colours and variety of materials of the exterior panels used in the created new surface, that is the decorative facade cladding facade system allows new and different designs.
The external panels used in the decorative facade cladding system also function as a sun block. They reduce cooling costs in buildings in hot climates. Solar energy is converted into power where the external panel material is made of photovoltaic panels.
The cladding of the building is based on the principle of mechanically connecting external panels to the metal sheet on the required surfaces of which standard holes are drilled. The objective is to create an effect of a facade consisting of small panels appearing to be suspended in the air.
The product of the invention is applied and used with 3 different systems as explained in the following.
Flat Sheet System; connecting the small panels to the metal sheets mechanically on facades within buildings, which are not affected by wind.
Stay System: A system that, in addition to connecting outer small panels to metal sheets on facades on the exterior surfaces of buildings, which are affected by wind, applies stays to the rear surface of the outer small panels in order to reduce the wind load on the system.
Hinged System: A system developed especially to be used in amorphous designs. It comprises the hinged interconnection of the metal sheets to which the small panels are connected mechanically. This way, it is ensured that the cladding surface is three-dimensional.
The materials for the small panels used in the decorative facade cladding are high-temperature kilned clay, wood and derivatives, stone, granite, marble, glass,
aluminium sheet, plastic sheet, led panel sheet, various metal and plastic sheets and photovoltaic (solar panel) plates.
As panel material are used clay, wood, aluminium, plastic, solar panels and LED materials.
The clay, aluminium, wood, LED or photovoltaic panel moulds are joined with the other parts comprising the system and mounted on the facade, presented for use as required. While allowing the complete cladding of the facade, they may also be placed with intervals in order to obtain a decorative appearance.
The decorative cladding material is capable of carrying out functions such as solar panels, advertising panels and LED lighting.
Vertically, they are fixed to the facade using anchors at every floor according to the building's project. While the product of the invention may be mounted on the entire facade or with intervals for a decorative appearance, it may also help in creating various visual details such as pictures, scripts or logos.
The panel main material may be manufactured of clay, wood, aluminium, plastic, solar panel, LED and all other suitable materials according to the users' demand. The product of the invention refracts sun rays, preventing the heating of the interior of the building or where the heating effect of solar energy is not required. The wall(1) is an area lent both decorative and functional properties, on which decorative and functional facade cladding systems are mounted. The Stainless "T" anchor(2) is a stainless metal part in the shape of a "T", which allows the mounting of at least four stainless closed screws(3), in turn enabling the mounting of the system on the wall (1). The stainless closed screw(3) is found on at least four stainless "T" anchors(2) in order to join the stainless plate(4) with the stainless "T" anchor and the stainless "T" anchor and the wall (1). The stainless plate(4) is a part containing a stainless sheet(8), steel wire(5), steel rope retainer(6), retainer clip(7), enabling the mounting of the system to the stainless "T" anchor.
The steel wire(5) is a part that is invisibly integrated to the system in order to increase the wind resistance of the decorative and functional facade cladding of the invention.
The steel rope retainer(6) is a part that tensions the steel rope at the upper and lower ends of the steel wire(5) and maintains such tension. The retaining clip(7) is attached to the ends of the short edges of the clay panel (10) and features a jagged surface preventing detachment in order to prevent exiting the channel in the clay panel(10). The stainless sheet(8) is the part that bears the clay panel(10) or the aluminium panel(9) and/or both, and that is mounted on stainless plate1(4) and stainless plate2(4).
The aluminium panel(9) is a part produced of aluminium for visual purposes. The clay panel(10) is a part for visual and/or functional purposes, used as a panel made of clay. The aluminium panel(9) and the Clay panel(10) can also be produced of material of a photovoltaic structure.
The product of the invention comprises, at least one of each, the Wall(1) on which the mounting shall be carried out, the Stainless "T" anchor(2) allowing mounting on the wall(1), the Stainless closed screw(3) allowing the parts to be connected to each other, the Stainless plate(4) allowing connection between the Stainless "T" anchor and the stainless sheet(8), the Steel wire(5) used to eliminate wind load, the Steel rope retainer(6) ensuring the fixing and tension of the steel wire(5), the Retainer clip(7) having a snug fit system and allowing the clay panel(10) to be mounted on the stainless sheet(8), the Stainless sheet(8), the Aluminium panel(9) and the Clay panel(10).
