- 根据权利要求30,31,35或36所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据寻呼消息获取所述待传输业务的业务信息。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述随机接入过程的触发原因为:所述随机接入过程的触发原因为以下中的任一种:所述终端设备请求初始接入;所述终端设备从空闲状态向连续状态转换;所述终端设备请求进行上行同步;所述终端设备向网络设备请求终端设备标识;所述终端设备向网络设备进行资源请求;所述终端设备的小区切换;所述终端设备的无线链路失败。
- 根据权利要求30,31或38所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据所述随机接入过程的触发原因,以及第五对应关系,确定所述第一基础参数集,其中,所述第五对应关系用于指示随机接入过程的至少一个触发原因和至少一个基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据第六对应关系,以及所述终端设备与网络设备之间的当前链路质量值,确定所述第一基础参数集;其中,所述第六对应关系用于指示至少一个链路质量值和至少一个基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进 一步用于:根据第七对应关系,以及所述终端设备当前所处的位置信息所指示的位置,确定所述第一基础参数集;其中,所述第七对应关系用于指示至少一个位置和至少一个基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30,31或41所述的设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备当前所处的位置信息用于指示所述终端设备当前所处的小区,跟踪区,寻呼区或业务区。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据第八对应关系,以及执行所述随机接入过程的时间,确定所述第一基础参数集;其中,所述第八对应关系用于指示至少一个时间范围和至少一个基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据第九对应关系,以及传输所述第一消息所使用的资源,确定所述第一基础参数集;其中,所述第九对应关系用于指示至少一个资源范围和至少一个基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据第十对应关系,以及传输所述第一消息所使用的资源所处的频带或所述终端设备支持的频段,确定所述第一基础参数集;其中,所述第十对应关系用于指示至少一个频带和至少一个基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:根据第十一对应关系,以及执行所述随机接入过程的所使用的随机接入方式,确定所述第一基础参数集;其中,所述第十一对应关系用于指示至少一个随机接入方式和至少一个 基础参数集的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求30,31或46所述的设备,其特征在于,采用不同的随机接入方式执行的随机接入过程中,交互的消息的数量和/或交互的消息中携带的信息不同。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:将所述随机接入过程的历史消息所采用的基础参数集,或所述随机接入过程的历史消息所携带的信息指示的基础参数集,确定为所述第一基础参数集。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定单元进一步用于:将历史随机接入过程中传输的消息所采用的基础参数集,确定为所述第一基础参数集。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一消息为所述终端设备向所述网络设备发送的消息,所述设备为所述终端设备,所述确定单元进一步用于:在所述随机接入过程中,采用多次选择的基础参数集发送所述第一消息未收到所述接入网设备发送的针对所述第一消息的响应消息的情况下,所述终端设备将预配置的基础参数集或历史随机接入过程所采用的基础参数集,确定为所述第一基础参数集。
- 根据权利要求49或50所述的设备,所述历史随机接入过程为上次实现成功接入的随机接入过程,或上一次随机接入过程。
- 根据权利要求29至51中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一消息为网络设备发送给终端设备的消息,所述第一消息还用于指示进行数据传输的第二基础参数集;所述收发单元进一步用于:根据所述第二基础参数,与所述第二设备进行数据传输。
