  • This concept is related to a method thats consists in sharing the full or unused portions of permitted and / or free baggage for people who use transportation means such as airplanes, buses, trains and ships with other passengers during their domestic and international travelling.
  • Baggage allowance which is set by the the commercial transport companies is not fully used by every passenger. Some passengers may have less weight than the allowance baggage that is set for them. Under the circumstances, (when the claims on excess baggage are neglected) the total cargo weight determined for the passengers is not reached. However, the transport organization, even in this case; charges the excess baggage as extra for the passengers who come with the request. In the present case; even if the total cargo weight of all passengers remain within the specified limits; some passengers are paying an extra fee because as individuals they have exceeded the allowance baggage weight which is set per passenger.

Abstract

Le présent concept qui est associé au procédé selon l'invention consiste à pouvoir partager la totalité ou la partie inutilisée de la franchise de bagage autorisée et/ou gratuite (1) par des personnes qui utilisent des moyens de transport tels que des avions, des bus, des trains et des navires avec d'autres passagers, généralement; comprend la plate-forme (5) qui permet à des personnes ayant une franchise de bagage non utilisée (3) de mettre une annonce (8) concernant le partage de la franchise de bagage (l) sur la plateforme; pour que les passagers ayant une franchise de bagage non utilisée (3) et les passagers qui ont besoin d'un excédent de bagage (7) puissent se trouver, par l'intermédiaire d'outils de communication (4) tels que des applications mobiles, des sites web, etc., pour réaliser un accord concernant le partage de la franchise de bagages (l) en communiquant par le biais du canal de contact; ledit accord prend la forme d'un contrat sécurisé (10); pour que les passagers ayant une franchise de bagage non utilisée (3) et les passagers qui ont besoin d'un excédent de bagage (7) qui ont conclu un accord puissent se rencontrer, avant le départ (le jour même du voyage, à un moment raisonnable avant le départ), pour partager la franchise de bagage et établir un paiement associé avant l'enregistrement (11) et ainsi effectuer l'enregistrement (11) avec la franchise de bagage autorisée (1) pour les passagers mentionnés.
