L'appareil (100, 200) comprend une unité de microcontrôleur (MCU) (110, 210) ; la MCU (110, 120) comprend une unité de détection de marche/d'arrêt de véhicule automobile (111, 211), une première unité de gestion d'alimentation électrique (112, 212), une seconde unité de gestion d'alimentation électrique (113, 213) et un minuteur (113, 214) minutant une durée prédéterminée ; l'unité de détection de marche/d'arrêt de véhicule automobile (111, 211) est configurée de sorte à envoyer un premier signal de commande à la première unité de gestion d'alimentation électrique (112, 212) et à la seconde unité de gestion d'alimentation électrique (113, 213) lorsqu'il est détecté que le véhicule automobile est éteint ; après la réception du premier signal de commande, la première unité de gestion d'alimentation électrique (112, 212) commande un premier type de module fonctionnel d'un terminal mobile de véhicule pour la mise hors tension ; après la réception du premier signal de commande, la seconde unité de gestion d'alimentation électrique (113, 213) démarre le minuteur (114, 214) et, lorsqu'un laps de temps établi est atteint, commande un second type de module fonctionnel du terminal mobile de véhicule pour la mise hors tension, de manière à empêcher le terminal mobile de véhicule de vider l'énergie d'une batterie de véhicule, ce qui permet de garantir que le véhicule automobile peut fonctionner normalement.
