Description

第一种方式:所述第一限位结构110沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部120上靠近所述电机3一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部410沿径向形成于所述限位环40的外周壁。所述第二限位结构210沿径向形成于所述第二开口部220的内周壁,所述第二限位部420沿轴向形成于所述限位环40上靠近所述电机3一侧的侧壁,如图4所示。
第二种方式:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一开口部的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
第三种方式:所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的内周壁,并且所述第二限位部进一步沿轴向朝靠近所述电机的方向凸出于所述限位环。
或者,所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的内周壁,并且所述第一限位部进一步沿轴向朝靠近所述第一轴臂的方向凸出于所述限位环。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
或者,所述限位环的外周壁沿轴向至少划分为第一外周壁和第二外周壁两部分,所述第一外周壁靠近所述第一轴臂,所述第二外周壁靠近所述电机。所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的第一外周壁。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的第二外周壁。
第四种方式:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一开口部的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁。所述第二限位结构沿径向形成于所述第二开口部的内周壁,所述第二限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁。
结合图2与图3所示,在本发明一实施方式中,所述驱动轴30还包
括设于所述第一驱动轴段310和所述第二驱动轴段320之间的连接座330,所述第一开口部120上设有与所述连接座330相适配的收容空间130,所述限位环40套设于所述驱动轴30的所述第二驱动轴段320上。进一步地,所述第一开口部120上设有定位结构140,所述连接座330上设有与所述定位结构140相适配的定位部340。
本发明的云台组件组装时,将驱动轴30的第一驱动轴段310穿过第一连接件10后穿设在第一轴臂2内,通过连接座330的定位部340与第一连接件10的定位结构140的配合,进而将驱动轴30与第一轴臂2固定。在电机3驱动所述驱动轴30转动的过程中,假设如图4中的转动方向所示,电机3先驱动所述驱动轴30逆时针转动,使驱动轴30带动第一轴臂2一同逆时针转动。当转动到所述第一限位结构110的第二端112抵靠到限位环40的第一限位部410的第一限位端411时,将带动限位环40一同逆时针转动。当进一步转动到限位环40的第二限位部420的第二限位端422抵靠到第二限位部420的第一端211时,受到第二限位部420的第一端211的限位作用,限位环40将无法进一步转动,进而使第一轴臂2无法相对电机3再进一步转动。这样,就达到了对第一轴臂2与电机3之间的转动角度进行限制的目的,防止连接在第一轴臂2和电机3之间的电线由于云台转动角度过大而相互缠绕甚至搅断的情况发生。
进一步地,本发明的云台组件,将所述第一预设角度范围设置为小于360°,将所述第二预设角度范围设置为小于360°,将所述第三预设角度范围设置为360°~720°。也即是说,本发明的云台组件可以保证第一轴臂2与电机3之间的转动角度能够超过360°,在手持模式和倒置模式之间进行模式切换的时候,可以让作为横滚轴的第一轴臂2转动180°,方便快速的实现手持模式和倒置模式之间的相互切换,并能够保证手持模式和倒置模式时的拍摄影像都是正立的,解决了在现有云台的限位结构下,横滚轴的转动角度太小而无法达到翻转云台拍摄的目的。
实施例2:
继续参见图5所示,本发明还提供了一种云台组件,包括:
第一连接件10、第二连接件20以及限制所述第一连接件10和第二连接件20转动角度的限位件;其中,所述限位件位于所述第一连接件10和所述第二连接件20之间,所述限位件与所述第一连接件10之间能够在第一预设角度范围内转动,所述限位件与所述第二连接件20之间能够在第二预设角度内转动。所述第一连接件10、所述限位件以及所述第二连接件20安装后,所述限位件能够将所述第一连接件10和所述第二连接件20之间的转动角度限制在第三预设角度范围内。可选地,所述第一预设角度范围为小于360°,所述第二预设角度范围为小于360°,所述第三预设角度范围为360°~720°。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述限位件上设有第一限位部410和第二限位部420,所述第一连接件10上设有与所述第一限位部410抵接配合的第一限位结构110,所述第二连接件20上设有与所述第二限位部420抵接配合的第二限位结构210。可选地,所述限位件为限位环40,所述第一限位部410和所述第二限位部420位于所述限位环40的不同的轴向上。
进一步地,第一限位部410、第二限位部420、第一限位结构110以及第二限位结构210的位置关系至少可以包括以下四种方式:
第一种方式:所述第一限位结构110沿轴向形成于所述第一连接件10上靠近所述第二连接件20一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部410沿径向形成于所述限位环40的外周壁。所述第二限位结构210沿径向形成于所述第二连接件20的内周壁,所述第二限位部420沿轴向形成于所述限位环40上靠近所述第二连接件20一侧的侧壁,如图4所示。
第二种方式:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一连接件的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一连接件一
侧的侧壁。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二连接件上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
第三种方式:所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一连接件上靠近所述第二连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二连接件上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的内周壁,并且所述第二限位部进一步沿轴向朝靠近所述第二连接件的方向凸出于所述限位环。
或者,所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一连接件上靠近所述第二连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的内周壁,并且所述第一限位部进一步沿轴向朝靠近所述第一连接件的方向凸出于所述限位环。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二连接件上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
或者,所述限位环的外周壁沿轴向至少划分为第一外周壁和第二外周壁两部分,所述第一外周壁靠近所述第一连接件,所述第二外周壁靠近所述第二连接件。所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一连接件上靠近所述第二连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的第一外周壁。所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二连接件上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的第二外周壁。
第四种方式:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一连接件的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁。所述第二限位结构沿径向形成于所述第二连接件的内周壁,所述第二限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第二连接件一侧的侧壁。
在本发明一实施方式中,第一连接件10和第二连接件20可以安装在云台组件的其他部件上,同样可以达到防止电线缠绕或搅断的效果。例如:所述云台组件还包括电机、第一轴臂,第二轴臂以及驱动轴30,第一连接件10安装在所述第一轴臂上,第二连接件20安装在所述电机上。所述驱动轴30的第一驱动轴段310穿设并固定于所述第一连接件10内,所述驱动轴30的第二驱动轴段320穿设于所述第二连接件20内并在所述电机的驱动下能够相对所述第二轴臂转动。所述第一连接件10、所述限位件以及所述第二连接件20安装后,所述限位件能够将所述第一连接件10和所述第二连接件20之间的转动角度限制在第三预设角度范围内,进而将所述第一轴臂和所述电机之间的转动角度限制在所述第三预设角度范围内,防止连接在所述第一轴臂和所述电机之间的电线由于云台转动角度过大而相互缠绕甚至搅断的情况发生。
进一步地,所述第一连接件10上设有第一开口部120,所述驱动轴30的第一驱动轴段310穿设并固定于所述第一开口部120内,所述第一限位结构110设于所述第一开口部120上。所述第二连接件20上设有第二开口部220,所述驱动轴30的第二驱动轴段320穿设于所述第二开口部220内,所述第二限位结构210设于所述第二开口部220上。可选地,所述驱动轴30还包括设于所述第一驱动轴段310和所述第二驱动轴段320之间的连接座330,所述第一开口部120上设有与所述连接座330相适配的收容空间130,限位环40套设于所述驱动轴30的所述第二驱动轴段320上。
本发明的云台组件,通过所述限位件与所述第一连接件10之间能够在第一预设角度范围内转动,所述限位件与所述第二连接件20之间能够在第二预设角度内转动。所述第一连接件10、所述限位件以及所述第二连接件20安装后,所述限位件能够将所述第一连接件10和所述第二连接件20之间的转动角度限制在第三预设角度范围内,进而将用于安装第一连接件10的部件和用于安装第二连接件20的部件之间的转动角度限制在所述第
三预设角度范围内,防止连接在用于安装第一连接件10的部件和用于安装第二连接件20的部件之间的电线由于云台转动角度过大而相互缠绕甚至搅断的情况发生。

Claims (23)
- 一种云台组件,包括电机和第一轴臂,所述电机驱动所述第一轴臂转动,其特征在于,所述云台组件还包括限位件,所述限位件连接于所述电机和所述第一轴臂之间,所述限位件与所述第一轴臂之间能够在第一预设角度范围内转动,所述限位件与所述电机之间能够在第二预设角度范围内转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述电机包括固定连接于所述第一轴臂的驱动轴,所述限位件包括套设于所述驱动轴上的限位环;所述限位环与所述第一轴臂之间能够在所述第一预设角度范围内转动;所述限位环与所述电机之间能够在所述第二预设角度范围内转动,且所述限位环与所述驱动轴同轴且同向转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述云台组件还包括和所述电机固定的第二轴臂;所述驱动轴的第一驱动轴段穿设并固定于所述第一轴臂内,所述驱动轴的第二驱动轴段穿设于所述电机内并在所述电机的驱动下能够相对所述第二轴臂转动;所述限位环能够相对所述第二轴臂在所述第二预设角度范围内转动,进而使所述第一轴臂相对所述第二轴臂转动的角度限制在第三预设角度范围内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一轴臂上设有第一限位结构,所述电机上设有第二限位结构;所述限位环上设有与所述第一限位结构相配合的第一限位部以及与所述第二限位结构相配合的第二限位部;所述第一限位结构、所述第二限位结构、所述第一限位部以及所述第二限位部的位置关系能够将所述第一轴臂相对所述电机转动的角度限制在所述第三预设角度范围内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述第一限位结构、 所述第二限位结构、所述第一限位部以及所述第二限位部的位置关系为:所述第一限位部沿转动方向上的第二限位端抵靠于所述第一限位结构沿转动方向上的第一端,所述第二限位部沿转动方向上的第一限位端抵靠于所述第二限位结构沿转动方向上的第二端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一轴臂上设有第一连接件,所述第一连接件上设有所述第一限位结构;所述电机上设有第二连接件,所述第二连接件上设有所述第二限位结构;所述第一连接件、所述限位件和所述第二连接件共同套设于所述驱动轴上,将所述第一轴臂相对所述电机转动的角度限制在所述第三预设角度范围内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一连接件上设有第一开口部,所述驱动轴的第一驱动轴段穿设并固定于所述第一开口部内,所述第一限位结构设于所述第一开口部上;所述第二连接件上设有第二开口部,所述驱动轴的第二驱动轴段穿设于所述第二开口部内,所述第二限位结构设于所述第二开口部上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁;所述第二限位结构沿径向形成于所述第二开口部的内周壁,所述第二限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁。
- 根据权利要求7所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一开口部的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁;所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
- 根据权利要求7所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁;所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的内周壁;或者所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一开口部上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的内周壁;所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二开口部上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
- 根据权利要求7所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一开口部的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一轴臂一侧的侧壁;所述第二限位结构沿径向形成于所述第二开口部的内周壁,所述第二限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述电机一侧的侧壁。
- 根据权利要求7所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述驱动轴还包括设于所述第一驱动轴段和所述第二驱动轴段之间的连接座,所述第一开口部上设有与所述连接座相适配的收容空间;所述限位环套设于所述驱动轴的所述第二驱动轴段上。
- 根据权利要求12所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述第一开口部上设有定位结构,所述连接座上设有与所述定位结构相适配的定位部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述第一预设角度范围为小于360°,所述第二预设角度范围为小于360°。
- 根据权利要求14所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述第三预设角度范围为360°~720°。
- 根据权利要求3所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述第一轴臂为横滚轴轴臂,所述第二轴臂为平移轴轴臂。
- 一种云台组件,其特征在于,包括:第一连接件、第二连接件以及限制所述第一连接件和第二连接件转动角度的限位件;其中,所述限位件位于所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间,所述限位件与所述第一连接件之间能够在第一预设角度范围内转动,所述限位件与所述第二连接件之间能够在第二预设角度内转动;所述第一连接件、所述限位件以及所述第二连接件安装后,所述限位件能够将所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间的转动角度限制在第三预设角度范围内。
- 如权利要求17所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述限位件上设有第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一连接件上设有与所述第一限位部抵接配合的第一限位结构,所述第二连接件上设有与所述第二限位部抵接配合的第二限位结构。
- 如权利要求18所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述限位件为限位环,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部位于所述限位环的不同的轴向上。
- 根据权利要求19所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第一连接件上靠近所述第二连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第一限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁;所述第二限位结构沿径向形成于所述第二连接件的内周壁,所述第二限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第二连接件一侧的侧壁。
- 根据权利要求19所述的云台组件,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构沿径向形成于所述第一连接件的内周壁,所述第一限位部沿轴向形成于所述限位环上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁;所述第二限位结构沿轴向形成于所述第二连接件上靠近所述第一连接件一侧的侧壁,所述第二限位部沿径向形成于所述限位环的外周壁。
