Abstract

It is described a flexible storage system comprising one or more net containers (2) which is mutually connected by a stiffening girder (3) which is formed by a telescope tube (1 0, 11). The net container (2) is arranged for accommodating for example storage boxes (14) for temporary storage. The net container (2) comprises a bottom (4) provided with grip regions (8, 9) for hand pallet truck/forklift truck; walls (5, 6) and shelves (7). The shelves (7) is at the underside provided with knobs (16) which fit into notches (15) at upper side of the storage box (14), such t hat the storage box (14) steady can be arranged i n intermediate position out of the net container (2).

Description

FLEXIBLE STORAGE SYSTEM 1
The present invention is related to a flexible storage system , according to the preamble of claim 1
In connection with temporary storage of e.g. m ilitary materiel , there is a need for flexible storage solutions, and also solutions which are arranged for simple access for storage and ret rieval . Existing sol utions lack often either the flexibility and/or the simple access. To be able to utilize a flexible solution it is important that it is constructed for standing relatively frequent rig up and rig down. This m ust also have to be done i n a rapid and simple m atter.
It isthus a need to provide a system for flexible storage solutions, which is adapted for simple access for storage and retrieval of m ateriel to be temporarily stored.
The object of the invention is solved by a device as disclosed in the characterizing part of claim 1 . Further feat ures appear from the belonging independent claims.
In the following the invention wil l be described in more detail by m eans of a preferred example em bodi ment , and with references to the attached drawings, where fig. 1 shows a storage system according to the present invention, fig. 2 shows a stiffening girder for use in the storage system i n fig. 1 , fig. 3 shows the storage system from fig. 1, with a storage box, fig. 4 shows the storage box of fig. 3 in more detai l , fig. 5 shows the storage box const ituting a part of a storage system according to the present invent ion, fig. 6 shows a lid for the storage box in fig. 5, fig. 7 shows a depot carriage attached a ramp which constitutes a part of a storage system according to the present invention, fig 8 shows a depot carriage with ramp, seen from opposite side, and fig. 9 and 10 show t he ramp seen from above and from below, respect ively. In fig.1 isshown a presentation of a flexible storage system, generally labelled 1 , according to the present invention. It comprises a number of net containers 2, in this example is shown two net containers2, connected by meansof three adjustable stiffening girders3.
Each net container 2 comprises a bottom 4, sidewalls5, end walls 6 and shelves 7. The separate parts of the net container 2 can be assembled without the use of fastening means as screwsnuts.
The bottom 4 comprisesgrip regions8, 9 for hand pallet truck/forklift truck, arranged at the bottom 4 and the entire net container 2 can be lifted from all four sides.
In fig.2 isshown the stiffening girder 3 arranged between two net containers 2. It comprises a first, outer square tube 10 and a second, inner square tube 11 which together form an adjustable telescope tube 3 which is attached in desired length by means of a fastening device 12 known per se, shown in the example asawing nut on ascrew.
At the ends of the square tubes 10, 11 which are not in engagement, is perpendicularly attached a short square tube 13, 13' which is arranged to fit into the top of one of the vertical beams of the net container. Several net containers2 can thus be connected together to a steady construction.
In fig.3 isshown anet container 2 where it isarranged astorage box 14.
The storage box 14 is in the figure arranged in an intermediate position, which is suitable for inserting and retrieving articleswhich are stored in the box 14.
As closer shown in fig.4, the storage box 14 is provided with notches 15, which together with knobs 16 on overlying shelves 7, ensure that the box 14 does not fall out while it is in the intermediate position. As shown in the example such knobs 16 are arranged in different posit ions on the shelf 7.
An example of design of the storage box 14 is shown in fig.5. The box 14 is preferably casted in a plastic material, and comprises a bottom 17, sidewalls 18, rear end wall 19 and front 20. The walls 18, 19, 20 is preferably provided with outer ribs 21 which stiffen the construction, and inner tracks 22 where partition wallscan be inserted (not shown).
The front 20 is provided with a handle 23 which makes it simple to retrieve and insert the storage box 14, and that it also can be carried as a suitcase. In fig. 6 is shown a lid 24 fitting into the storage box 14. The lid 24 is provided with knobs 25 which fit between knobs 26 of the sidewal ls 18 and end wall 19 of the storage box 14, such that the l id 24 can be pushed in and locked in place by means of ears 27. As appears from fig. 7 - which shows the lid 24 from t he underside - it is in connection with the ears 27 arranged a projection 27b fitting i nto a correspondingly shaped recess 27c in the box 14 (see fig. 5).
The lid 24 is snapped in lock by that the project ion 27b goes into engagement with the recess 27c. Correspondingly, the lid 24 is released by taking t he ears 27 and tilting them forwards, such that projection 27b goes out of engagement with recess 27c.
At the ears 27 is also arranged holes 28, for sealing or locking with padlock (not shown). Several storage boxes can be stacked on top of each other, and t he l id 24 can also be removed and attached while the boxes are stacked.
Fig. 8 show a depot carriage 29 which constitutes a part of t he flexible storage system 1 according to t he present invention. The depot carriage 29 has a bottom 30 which is provided with four wheels 31 , and with walls 32 which can be removed and stored flat when the carriage 29 is not in use. In addition the shown depot carriage is attached a ramp 33.
Fig. 9 shows the depot carriage 29 with attached ram p 33 seen from opposite side. Fig. 10 and 1 1 show further t he ramp separately, seen from t he one and the other side. The ramp 33 is constructed with a buckling 34 in the form of a diagonal cross. This provides a span upwards. The ramp 33 has a fastening point 35 to container, and the fastening poi nt 35 is adjustable i n width such that it can sl ide in a slot 36.
