Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de pédale d'accélérateur munie d'un actionneur (4), agissant sur la pédale d'accélérateur (3), et d'une unité de commande (1) destinée à activer l'actionneur et au moins un capteur de position (11, 21) destiné à détecter la pédale d'accélérateur ou une pièce associée. Pour cela, la pédale d'accélérateur est montée de manière rotative sur un axe (31) et au moins un capteur de position est disposé dans un module de capteur de position (2) séparé spatialement de l'unité de commande (1). L'unité de commande (1) destiné à commander l'actionneur est disposée sur un côté de l'axe (31) et le module de capteur de position (2) est disposé du côté opposé par rapport à l'axe et l'unité de commande (1) destiné à commander l'actionneur comporte de préférence un autre capteur de position (11) différent de celui du module de capteur de position.
