Abstract

The invention relates to a securing device head (10), referred to as the locking body, which comprises a first outer member (22) and a second outer member (30) secured together by a hinge mechanism (20). The hinge mechanism (20) comprises a pin support (26), a pin (24) and a hole in the second outer member (30). The pin support (26) is connected to the second outer member (30). The pin (24) is inserted through the second outer member (30) and the pin support (26) allows the second outer member (30) to be centred with the first outer member (22). In an open position, the first outer member (22) is separated from the second outer member (30). In a closed position, the first member (22) is joined to the second outer member (30). When the two members are joined together, the first outer member (22) joins with a pivot of the second outer member (30). A directionally-biased tool (40) comprises a latch (47), a pin (45), an operation switch (48), a support (46) of the operation switch and three springs (44a, 44b, 44c) of the operation switch. The latch (47) is inserted into a latch hole (32) in the first outer member (22). An internal locking tool consists of two internal locking parts (52).
