目前已经有越来越多的家庭在使用智能电视,当用户想要换台的时候就必须要使用遥控器,然而基于红外传输的遥控器必须近距离操作才可以,且采用红外遥控器还存在抗干扰性差、稳定性差的缺点,而且当终端部分有喜欢的电影时也无法分享到电视中,因此现有的基于红外传输的遥控器无法满足当代用户的需要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种智能电视控制方法及系统,旨在解决现有控制智能电视的方法存在操作距离短、抗干扰性差、稳定性差以及无法实现与移动终端资源共享的问题。

具体来说,本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种智能电视控制方法,以解决现有技术中,采用红外遥控器控制智能电视存在的抗干扰性差、稳定性差以及可控距离短的问题。
为解决这一问题,本发明基于WiFi Aware技术通过移动终端来控制智能电视的各种操作,具体地,当智能电视接收到移动终端的订阅请求时,先与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;然后移动终端可通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,对所述智能电视进行各种操作控制。
也就是说,本发明实现了通过移动终端来控制智能电视的各种操作,本发明相对于传统的红外遥控器而言,具有控制距离长、抗干扰性强、稳定性强等多种优点。
进一步,在本发明中,所述步骤S100具体包括:

具体来说,当智能电视与移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接后,所述智能电视则处于待接收数据状态;随时准备接收移动终端通过WiFi Aware发送的消息;
S220、智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈。
具体来说,当智能电视接收到移动终端发来的消息后,则对所述消息进行处理和解析,并根据解析结果实现用户操作;较佳地,所述步骤S220具体包括:
S221、当智能电视对接收的消息解析为控制指令时,则直接根据控制指令操控所述智能电视;
也就是说,当智能电视对接收的消息解析为控制指令时,例如,控制智能电视换台、控制智能电视音量变大等,则智能电视响应移动终端发来的控制指令。
S222、当智能电视对接收的消息解析为文件发送服务时,则与移动终端建立WiFi Direct连接,并接收移动终端发送的文件数据。
也就是说,当用户想要在智能电视上播放一些存储在移动终端上的大文件时,比如视频、音乐等,则所述移动终端需要先与智能电视建立WiFi Direct连接,通过局域网通信将对应的大文件数据发送至智能电视后,才可进行后续的观看操作。
进一步,当智能电视对接收的消息解析为文件发送服务时,则先进行智能电视的UI初始化工作,所述UI初始化工作也就是将智能电视的界面转换为文件接收界面;当智能电视与移动终端建立WiFi Direct连接后,智能电视开始接收移动终端发送的文件数据;
更进一步,当智能电视成功接收文件数据后,则对智能电视的UI 进行更新,也就是说,当智能电视成功接收文件数据后,智能电视的界面会发生改变,比如所述成功接收的文件会以图标的形式显示在所述智能电视界面。
进一步,当用户想要在智能电视上观看接收的文件内容时,则需要通过移动终端发送播放指令,从而控制智能电视播放所述文件内容。
也就是说,本发明不仅克服了传统的红外控制干扰性差、稳定性差以及可控距离短的问题,而且还可将移动终端存储的文件(例如电影、视频、音乐)等通过传统WiFi Direct连接发送到电视中进行播放和查看,这样既方便了用户操作,也能提供更好的大屏操作体验。
基于上述方法,本发明还提供一种智能电视控制系统,其中,如图2所示,包括智能电视100和移动终端200,所述智能电视100用于接收移动终端的订阅请求,并与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;所述移动终端200用于通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,并对所述智能电视进行控制。
较佳地,所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述智能电视100具体用于启动后发布WiFi Aware服务;以及当接收到移动终端的WiFi Aware服务订阅请求时,与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;所述移动终端具体用于搜索到所述智能电视后,则向所述智能电视发送WiFi Aware服务订阅请求;
较佳地,所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述移动终端200具体用于通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息;所述智能电视100具体用于对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈。
较佳地,所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述智能电视100具体用于当接收的消息解析为控制指令时,则直接根据控制指令操控所述智能电视;以及用于当接收的消息解析为文件发送服务时,则与移动终端建立WiFi Direct连接,并接收移动终端发送的文件数据。
较佳地,所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述智能电视100还用于当成功接收文件数据后,则对智能电视的UI 进行更新。
综上所述,本发明基于WiFi Aware技术通过移动终端来控制智能电视设备的各种操作,包括文件操作、选台,视频共享等;智能电视通过接收到移动终端通过WiFi Aware发送过来的控制命令后,实现用户操作;同时,如果用户在移动终端设备中有想要看的电影/视频/文件等,还可以通过传统WiFi Direct连接发送到电视中进行播放和查看,这样既方便了用户操作,也能提供更好的大屏操作体验,同时还解决了传统的红外控制干扰性差、稳定性差以及可控距离短的问题。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种智能电视控制方法,其中,包括步骤:
    当智能电视接收到移动终端的订阅请求时,则与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;
    移动终端通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,对所述智能电视进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述当智能电视接收到移动终端的订阅请求时,则与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接的步骤包括:
    智能电视启动并发布WiFi Aware服务;
    移动终端搜索到所述智能电视后,则向所述智能电视发送WiFi Aware服务订阅请求;
    当智能电视接收到移动终端的WiFi Aware服务订阅请求时,则与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述移动终端通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,对所述智能电视进行控制的步骤包括:
    移动终端通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息;
    智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈的步骤包括:
    当智能电视对接收的消息解析为控制指令时,则直接根据控制指令操控所述智能电视;
    当智能电视对接收的消息解析为文件发送服务时,则与移动终端建立WiFi Direct连接,并接收移动终端发送的文件数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈的步骤之后还包括:
    当智能电视成功接收文件数据后,则对智能电视的UI 进行更新。
  6. 一种智能电视控制系统, 其包括智能电视和移动终端,所述智能电视用于接收移动终端的订阅请求,并与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;所述移动终端用于通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,并对所述智能电视进行控制。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述智能电视具体用于启动后发布WiFi Aware服务;以及当接收到移动终端的WiFi Aware服务订阅请求时,与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;所述移动终端具体用于搜索到所述智能电视后,则向所述智能电视发送WiFi Aware服务订阅请求;
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述移动终端用于通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息;所述智能电视用于对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述智能电视用于当接收的消息解析为控制指令时,则直接根据控制指令操控所述智能电视;以及用于当接收的消息解析为文件发送服务时,则与移动终端建立WiFi Direct连接,并接收移动终端发送的文件数据。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的智能电视控制系统,其中,所述智能电视还用于当成功接收文件数据后,则对智能电视的UI 进行更新。
  11. 一种智能电视控制方法,其中,包括步骤:
    当智能电视启动后,进行WiFi Aware服务的初始化工作进而发布WiFi Aware服务;
    当移动终端搜索到所述智能电视后,则向所述智能电视发送WiFi Aware服务订阅请求;
    当智能电视接收到移动终端的WiFi Aware服务订阅请求时,则与所述移动终端建立WiFi Aware连接;
    移动终端通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,对所述智能电视进行控制。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述移动终端通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息,对所述智能电视进行控制的步骤包括:
    移动终端通过WiFi Aware向智能电视发送消息;
    智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈的步骤包括:
    当智能电视对接收的消息解析为控制指令时,则直接根据控制指令操控所述智能电视;
    当智能电视对接收的消息解析为文件发送服务时,则与移动终端建立WiFi Direct连接,并接收移动终端发送的文件数据。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视控制方法,其中,所述智能电视对接收的消息进行解析,并根据解析结果进行相应的反馈的步骤之后还包括:
    当智能电视成功接收文件数据后,则对智能电视的UI 进行更新。
