Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству в форме планшета для приема и передачи информации посредством шрифта Брайля и к способу приема и передачи информации с использованием указанного устройства людьми с ограниченными физическими возможностями по зрению. Указанное устройство состоит из ячеек, которые в режиме приема информации формируют рельефно-точечные символы шрифта Брайля для чтения, а в режиме передачи информации указанные ячейки формируют символы шрифта Брайля в виде раскладки клавиатуры, а ввод информации осуществляют путем нажатия на соответствующие ячейки.
