Abstract
La présente invention concerne une boisson à la grenade contenant du collagène marin et son procédé de fabrication et, plus particulièrement, une boisson contenant du collagène marin extrait de sous-produits de poisson et de grenades bénéfiques pour la santé, et son procédé de fabrication. La boisson à la grenade contenant du collagène marin selon la présente invention contient de 1 à 10 parts en poids d'un concentré de grenade, de 0,5 à 5 parts en poids de collagène marin extrait de poisson, de 10 à 15 parts en poids de sucre blanc, de 2 à 10 parts en poids d'un oligosaccharide, de 0,1 à 0,6 parts en poids d'acide citrique, et 0,05 à 0,5 parts en poids de vitamine C.
