Abstract
Un système de régulation précis de faible vide pour une plaie, comprenant : une pompe à vide (1); un flacon de stockage de liquide (3); un cathéter d'aspiration (4); une couche de pansement et de drainage (5); une membrane (6) à usage médical; un flacon étanche à l'eau (9); et un tuyau d'entrée d'air (10). Ce système est caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité du cathéter d'aspiration (4) est en communication directe ou indirecte avec un mécanisme tridimensionnel d'interfonctionnement de la couche de pansement et de drainage (5), en ce que le flacon étanche à l'eau (9) est en communication directe ou indirecte avec le mécanisme tridimensionnel d'interfonctionnement de la couche de pansement et de drainage (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit de pression d'eau (8) et ce flacon étanche à l'eau (9) comporte un liquide (11) rempli à l'intérieur de celui-ci qui occupe 20 % à 70 % d'un volume du flacon étanche à l'eau (9). en ce qu'une extrémité du conduit de pression d'eau (8) s'étendant dans une partie interne du flacon étanche à l'eau (9) à partir d'une surface d'extrémité supérieure du flacon étanche à l'eau (9), dans laquelle une extrémité terminale du conduit de pression d'eau (8) est située au-dessus d'une surface liquide du liquide (11), et en ce que le tuyau d'entrée d'air (10) a deux extrémités ouvertes, une extrémité de celui-ci est insérée, à partir de l'extrémité supérieure du flacon étanche à l'eau (9), dans la partie interne du flacon étanche à l'eau (9) et s'étendant jusqu'à une partie inférieure du flacon étanche à l'eau (9).
