本发明涉及一种箱包使用的捆扎带,更具体地说,是一种辅助连接的省力连接结构以及具备该省力连接结构的箱包束紧带。
背景技术
外出旅游时,尤其是出国时,用以提供随身衣物、贵重物品及证件放置的行李箱是不可缺少的。一般的行李箱除了有多个附具拉链的隔层以供行李容纳之外,通常会附有一条束紧带来绑紧行李箱,以防止行李在沿途转运时因为拉链松脱或损坏而导致内容物脱落受损或遗失。
如图1所示,公开一现有行李箱A以及用以绑紧该行李箱A的束紧带B。该束紧带B包括一带体B1、分别设于带体两端的母插B2和公插B3以及设于所述带体B1上用来调整带体长度的日字形调整环B4。

为了解决上述束紧带使用不便的问题,市场上逐渐出现了其他形式的绑带。如专利号为CN02140931的带有棘轮机构和锁的行李带,其通过在绑带的端部增加棘轮机构来辅助抽拉收缩绑带;又如申请号为CN200420058439的行李箱用的束紧带,其将束紧带的两端设置了更为复杂的齿条和滑扣,通过齿条内侧面上设有的棘齿可滑动的嵌装在滑扣内, 通过滑扣内的抵挚部来束紧选定的位置。上述两个专利公开的内容都对现有的束紧带进行了较大程度的改变,结构相对复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
由于现有技术存在着上述问题,本发明提出一种箱包束紧带,其目的在于当束紧带的长度已经调整好后通过利用辅助闭合结构轻松插合公插和母插。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题:
一种省力连接结构,其包括第一连接部、第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部可相互耦合,所述第一连接部上还设有一辅助闭合机构,在所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部耦合连接的过程中,所述辅助闭合机构与所述第二连接部卡接,并带动所述第一连接部移动与所述第二连接部相向移动实现耦合连接。
较佳的是,所述辅助闭合机构包括一拉抓以及一杠杆施力板,所述杠杆施力板的两侧与所述拉抓的末端可枢转的连接,所述杠杆施力板的末端与所述第一连接部的末端可枢转的连接;在所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部耦合连接的过程中,所述拉抓连接第二连接部,所述杠杆施力板推动所述第一连接部,第一连接部与所述第二连接部相向移动实现耦合连接。

本实施例的省力连接结构,其包括第一连接部1和第二连接部2。所述第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2可相互耦合,所述第一连接部1上还设有一辅助闭合机构3。在所述第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2耦合连接的过程中,所述辅助闭合机构3与所述第二连接部3卡接,并带动所述第一连接部1移动与所述第二连接部3相向移动实现耦合连接。
参见图2所示,所述辅助闭合机构3包括一拉抓31以及一杠杆施力板32。所述杠杆施力板32的两侧与所述拉抓31的末端可枢转的连接。所述杠杆施力板32的末端与所述第一连接部1的末端通过螺栓(也可通过销钉或卡扣)可枢转的连接。在所述第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2耦合连接的过程中,所述拉抓31与所述第二连接部2的上表面连接,如图3所示,所述杠杆施力板32推动所述第一连接部1,第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2相向移动实现耦合连接,使用方便又省力。

为了进一步确保辅助闭合机构3能够很好的连接于所述第二连接部2的上表面,在所述卡位条311上与所述第二连接部2上表面相接处设有多个凹凸点或凹凸条。并且,在所 述第二连接部2的上表面设有卡槽21或凸条,所述卡槽21或凸条与所述卡位条相匹配。通过卡槽21或凸条与所述卡位条311互相卡接,可以在第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2耦合的过程中提供足够的配合力。
此外为了更佳的利用杠杆施力板32,使其能够最大限度的提供推动第一连接部1的推力,所述卡位条311到所述杠杆施力板32与所述固定边312相接处的距离不小于所述杠杆施力板32与所述固定边312相接处到所述杠杆施力板32的末端的距离。
在该第一实施例中,所述第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2通过插接的方式相互耦合连接,具体结构如本实施例图2和图3所示的所述第一连接部1与所述第二连接部2为相互耦合的公插与母插。
如图2所示,公插(第一连接部)和母插(第二连接部)插合结构为常见的耦合结构。母插上设有横截面为“工”字形状的插口。公插上设有前端不相连的插舌,位于两端的插舌的侧边设有凹陷的卡槽。当所述公插插接母插时,所述公插的插舌前端向内收缩,插舌进入插口后,在经过插口的中间部位时,两端的插舌由于弹力恢复向外弹起,所述卡槽与所述插口的边缘卡接,防止插舌倒退出插口。而本申请的辅助闭合机构3是在插舌插入插口至弹力恢复的阶段进行辅助作用的。
本申请的优点在于:结构简单,生产工艺变化不大,节约成本。不需要对公插和母插的结构进行大幅度的变化,不要改变现有的公插的生产线,仅需要在公插现有生产工艺结束后增加一个工艺步骤,即在公插的末端通过螺丝连接上本申请的辅助闭合结构即可,制造成本低廉。
当然,本申请的第一连接部和第二连接部并不只局限于公插和母插的结构,也可以是其他的连接结构。
此外,如图4至图5所示,本申请还公开一种箱包束紧带,所述箱包束紧带包括上述的省力连接结构4以及一带体5,所述带体5的两端分别与所述省力连接结构4的所述第 一连接部1以及第二连接部2连接。所述带体5上设于调整所述带体长度的调整机构6。
由于省力连接结构的存在,在利用束紧带困扎箱体7时,可以先调整好束紧带的长度,使束紧带加上第一连接部1和第二连接部2后的长度正好与所述箱体7匹配。如图6所示,将第一连接部1与第二连接部2对好。由于带体5绑紧在箱体上,当耦合第一连接部1和第二连接部2时,需要花费很大的力气才能将第一连接部1推入到第二连接部2。此时如图7所示,通过省力连接结构将拉抓固定在第二连接部的上表面,然后推动杠杆施力板,轻松耦合第一连接部1和第二连接部2。
另,可以在所述拉抓31的上表面上设置一放置铭牌的透明口袋,在打包完毕后可将行李箱主人的身份信息填好置于口袋内,便于识别。
此外,为了便于用户调节带体,在所述带体上设有标识长度的标识线。由于调整机构处为带体两倍重叠处,因为在设置标识线时特意将位于所述第一连接部以及所述第二连接部两端附近的标识线每一间隔的距离为位于所述调整机构附近的标识线每一间隔的距离的2倍。
综上,本申请的省力连接结构可以在调整好带体长度的情况下,很轻松的完成耦合的动作,使用方便又省力。
应理解,这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种省力连接结构,其包括第一连接部、第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部可相互耦合,其特征在于,所述第一连接部上还设有一辅助闭合机构,在所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部耦合连接的过程中,所述辅助闭合机构与所述第二连接部卡接,并带动所述第一连接部移动与所述第二连接部相向移动实现耦合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述辅助闭合机构包括一拉抓以及一杠杆施力板,所述杠杆施力板的两侧与所述拉抓的末端可枢转的连接,所述杠杆施力板的末端与所述第一连接部的末端可枢转的连接;在所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部耦合连接的过程中,所述拉抓连接第二连接部,所述杠杆施力板推动所述第一连接部,第一连接部与所述第二连接部相向移动实现耦合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述拉抓与所述第二连接部的上表面连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述拉抓包括一设于顶端且向下凸出的卡位条以及由所述卡位条两侧边向后延伸的固定边,所述卡位条与所述第二连接部的上表面卡接,所述杠杆施力板的两侧通过所述螺栓或销钉或卡扣结合于两个所述固定边之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡位条上与所述第二连接部上表面相接处设有多个凹凸点或凹凸条。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡位条到所述杠杆施力板与所述固定边相接处的距离不小于所述杠杆施力板与所述固定边相接处到所述杠杆施力板的末端的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求3或5所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接部的上 表面设有卡槽或凸条,所述卡槽或凸条与所述卡位条相匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部通过插接的方式相互耦合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的省力连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部为相互耦合的公插与母插。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项省力连接结构,其特征在于:所述辅助闭合机构与所述第一连接部通过螺栓或销钉或卡扣固定连接。
  11. 一种箱包束紧带,其特征在于,所述箱包束紧带包括如权利要求1至10任一项所述的省力连接结构以及一带体,所述带体的两端分别与所述省力连接结构的所述第一连接部以及第二连接部连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的箱包束紧带,其特征在于:所述带体上设有调整所述带体长度的调整机构。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的箱包束紧带,其特征在于:所述带体上设有标识长度的标识线。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的箱包束紧带,其特征在于:位于所述第一连接部以及所述第二连接部两端附近的标识线每一间隔的距离为位于所述调整机构附近的标识线每一间隔的距离的2倍。
