Abstract
La présente invention concerne un coupleur de joint de barre d'armature, qui est utilisé pour joindre des éléments en forme de barre arrondis tels que des barres d'armature ou des tuyaux, et comprenant : un élément de fixation en forme de corps creux ayant des filetages formés à ses deux extrémités ; des bases en forme de disque insérées respectivement dans les trous creux formés aux deux extrémités de l'élément de fixation ; des corps de pièces, qui se présentent sous la forme d'un corps creux ayant une surface d'inclinaison dont le diamètre diminue vers l'extérieur, positionnés à l'extérieur des bases et composés d'une pluralité de pièces de division divisées dans la direction circonférentielle ; des manchons, qui se présentent sous la forme d'un corps creux, couplés par vissage à des filetages de l'élément de fixation et ayant des surfaces d'inclinaison formées en leur sein de manière à correspondre aux surfaces d'inclinaison des corps de pièces ; et des ressorts montés entre les bases et les corps de pièces. Plus précisément, l'invention se rapporte à un coupleur de joint de barre d'armature dans lequel : un trou d'écrou pénétrant dans la circonférence extérieure de l'élément de fixation est formé ; une paire d'éléments de pression est insérée entre les bases de la paire de bases ; et un coin est inséré entre la paire d'éléments de pression de sorte que, lorsqu'un boulon d'insertion est inséré dans le trou d'écrou de l'élément de fixation, le coin déplace les éléments de pression positionnés sur ses deux côtés dans les deux directions latérales et, par conséquent, les corps de pièces se déplacent conjointement avec les bases dans la direction du manchon ayant un espace interne étroit, ce qui permet de saisir les circonférences extérieures des barres d'armature insérées dans les trous creux du manchon.
