Abstract

본 발명은 골관절염(퇴행 관절염)의 증상이나 징후의 완화, 류마티스관절염의 증상이나 징후의 완화, 강직척추염의 증상 및 징후의 완화, 성인의 급성 통증 완화(수술 후, 발치 후 진통), 원발월경통, 중증 및 중등도의 급만성 동통에 처방되는 경구용 제제로서, 트라마돌을 유효성분으로 포함하는 서방층; 및 셀레콕시브를 유효성분으로 포함하는 속방층을 포함하는 경구투여용 이중 복합정제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해 수용성인 트라마돌을 서방화하고 난용성인 셀레콕시브를 속방화하여 트라마돌의 부작용을 줄이는 동시에 12시간 동안 지속적인 진통효과를 갖는 통증 치료용 조성물을 제공할 수 있으며 또한 2가지 약물을 하나의 복합제제로 제조함으로써 복약의 개수를 줄여 복용편의성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
