Abstract

L'invention concerne une valve d'hydrocéphalie permettant l'écoulement de fluide des systèmes ventriculaires des patients, laquelle comporte au moins un boîtier, doté d'un espace intérieur du boîtier ; et au moins un premier passage d'entrée et/ou de sortie ; et au moins un corps, qui est agencé dans l'espace intérieur du boîtier, le corps étant conçu pour être mobile au moins dans une direction, au moins une unité de réglage étant prévue. L'invention vise, malgré une existence des valves éprouvées, à améliorer les valves. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que l'unité de réglage est conçue pour régler au moins une vitesse d'écoulement et que la vitesse d'écoulement, à une pression de 20 cm à la valve d'hydrocéphalie, permet de régler la vitesse d'écoulement entre 1 ml par heure et 1000 ml par heure pour, au moyen dudit réglage, ralentir ou accélérer un changement de pression dans le système ventriculaire résultant de l'écoulement.
