Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for quick and instant multimedia content capturing, sharing and storing in a single click. The instant multimedia content sharing method includes the steps of capturing a multimedia content by clicking on icon of user or share location profile, and instantly sharing the multimedia content to the owner/s of that profile. The shared multimedia will be shared in cloud storage also instantly along with the sharing process. Therefore, user is able to share multimedia content instantly at the same time when the multimedia content is captured so as to simplify the multimedia content sharing procedure by using the user or share location profile as camera shutter button. User will be shown suggested profile/s to click on with the help of live camera face recognition. Further, user may also capture and share the multimedia content to more than one profile simultaneously in a single click by creating ion by combining multiple profiles, on the camera screen. In this method user can even create new profiles with least number of steps.

Description

QUICK AND INSTANT MULTIMEDIA CONTENT SHARING METHOD
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for sharing multimedia content (text, photos, videos, voice records, animations, other digital content and /or the mix of the same) and more particularly, it relates to a method for quick and instant sharing of multimedia content that facilitates users to quickly and instantly sharing multimedia content with single or multiple users (self, individual(s) and /or group(s) of individual(s) and/or social forums and/or events), at the same time when multimedia content is captured, by configuring the profiles' (user and /or sharing location) icons as camera shutter buttons in camera, enabling combining of the profiles suggesting which profile to click on based on live camera face recognition and also quick creation of new profiles.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Mobile phones have significant impact on consumers and their life style because the phones can work as small computers. Therefore, lots of applications and services have been developed and provided on mobile phones. More multimedia content are being taken now than ever before and multimedia content sharing between people is becoming more and more popular. Arguably, the most heavily shared content are social content, that is, multimedia content of social nature including people as subjects which may be taken at events, such as weddings, parties, sporting, and other events, or which may also be taken elsewhere, beyond the confines of an event.
In today's era, with the development of technology in the field of communication, transaction of multimedia content from one device to another device becomes rapid. For, example, people capture multimedia content and share with their mates or groups of mates by using various application. For this, various ways are adapted in form of applications and communication devices.
According to one typical method of sharing multimedia content, person first open the device's camera application to capture a photo or video. After saving the captured multimedia content in device memory, the person has to open multimedia content sharing application wherefrom user can access the album where particular multimedia content is saved, select the desired multimedia content and upload the same into particular user's profile to send the multimedia content to the owner of that profile and also share the multimedia content on social platforms. Thus, user has to repeat this cumbersome procedure to share multimedia content. Thus, the processes for capturing, storing and sharing of multimedia content take place in different software and/or at different time.
Hence, there is intense necessity to develop the method that is quickest in terms of the number of steps needed to open camera screen capture multimedia content, and share multimedia content with desired set of individuals and/or other share locations and also save the multimedia content safely in storage location.
OBJECT OF INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide a quick and instant multimedia content sharing and/or saving method whereby user is able to instantly share and/or save multimedia content to other users at the same time when a multimedia content is captured so as to simplify the multimedia content sharing and/or saving procedure by overcoming cumbersomeness associated with the conventional multimedia content sharing method. Further object of the present invention is to provide a quick and instant multimedia content sharing and/or saving method that simplifies the procedure for capturing and sharing multimedia content with friends, group of friends, individuals as part of an event, public social forums, with followers of the user, to user's own private album or even combinations of profiles.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention discloses a quick and instant multimedia content sharing method for sharing multimedia content with individuals, desired set of individuals and storing the multimedia content safely in storage location. For implementing the method according to present invention, user needs to register their phone number and/or any other unique identification details. After verification, user will find camera screen wherein the profile area will show. Said profile area includes the users' profiles and other share location profiles, which will work as camera shutter buttons. When users touch/press the particular profile icon, the multimedia content will be captured and at the same time the captured multimedia content will be shared to the individual/individuals associated with that profile and/or the multimedia captured will be saved in save storage location such as cloud storage space. Based on the faces appearing in the live camera view, with help of face recognition certain profile suggestions are also shown to the user, so as to make it further easy for the users to click on profile and share multimedia. Said user profile may include the individual or multiple individuals. Further, the user may create, with least number of steps, new profiles such as new groups, events, public interest forums and invite or allow other users to join. Further, the user may also share the multimedia content with the other users who are following the user.

Fig.2 illustrates a flowchart of exemplary steps for capturing and sharing multimedia content by using method according to present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompany drawings.
The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
The method for sharing multimedia content according to present invention enable the user to share multimedia content quickly and instantly with desired individuals (including stored contacts), group(s), event(s), publics forums created by joining and adding members and also with followers, own private album etc. at the same time when multimedia content is captured.
For implementing the method for quick and instant sharing of multimedia content according to present invention, user needs to install it as software (app or application) in the digital device and register their phone numbers and/or any other unique identification details by verification procedure.
According to present invention, when the users interface the method in their interfacing device (digital device), the camera module of the device will be operated and camera screen will open whereby user captures a multimedia content and simultaneously share to the desired designation. Now as shown in Fig. 1 , with opening of the camera screen (100), there will be shown an icon area (101 ) on the upper side of the camera screen (100).
Said icon area (101 ) includes a stored multimedia content access icon (102) for accessing and selecting the multimedia content stored in the device and share with one or more album profiles simultaneously, a camera tilting icon (103 or tilting the camera module in front and back sides, a flash light (104), an auto timer (105) for enabling the user to set the time for capturing multimedia content and an editing module (106) whereby user is able to edit the multimedia content after capturing multimedia content. Said editing module (106) provides different editing tools to fix the multimedia content, crop, resize, and rotate the multimedia content, fix the exposure and color of the multimedia content, to add the text, stickers, animations, augmented reality content etc., on the multimedia content, apply filters and touch-up the multimedia content etc. With continued reference to Fig. 1 , the camera screen at its lower side include a filter button (107) to filter the profile album into categories to make access easy, a profiles combine icon (111 ) whereby user may access the page wherein user may combine existing multiple profiles together for the purpose of sharing multimedia contents separately to different but multiple profiles simultaneously in a single click and user may also combine individual's profiles to create new profiles of a group, event, public forum etc., a search tool (108) that prompts the user to access their stored contacts and other album profiles by entering their names and or other details. Said camera screen (100) also includes a profile area (109) wherein recently used album profiles (110) are shown. Each album profile (110) will work as camera shutter button for operating the camera module so that when user press or touch on the desired album profile (110), the camera module of the device will capture the multimedia content and at the same time, instantly share the multimedia content to the owner/members of that profile (110) and save multimedia content in cloud storage of the device. In other word, user touch or press on album profile so that the camera module is actuated, the multimedia content is captured, shared at the same time and also saved in the cloud storage.
Further, the user may access the preview of the captured multimedia content by clicking on a preview icon (112) which appears after the capturing multimedia content and the user may also edit the multimedia content before uploading or sharing with the help of this feature. Further, in order to access other album profiles, user may get next before used album profiles by sliding the profile area (109) at left side and/or scrolling the profile area (109). Further, the user gets details about the particular profile by long pressing on icon of that particular album profile (110). It is to be noted that the album profile (110) may include the profile of user's own profile, any individual's profile, group profile, event profile, public's forums profile, follower group profiles and/or any other profiles. Fig. 2 illustrates a flow chart for sharing multimedia content by using the method according to the present invention. In step 201 , user opens the camera screen (100) by operating the camera module of digital device. In step 202, if particular (desired) album profile is shown on the camera screen (100), then according to the step 203, user touch or press on that album profile icon (110) so that the multimedia content will be captured by camera screen (100) itself according to step 204, and at the same time captured multimedia content will be shared to the owner of that profile according to step 205. At the same time, the captured multimedia content will be saved into the cloud storage at step 206. Thus, the procedure for sharing multimedia content is substantially simplified by simultaneously performing operation of capturing, sharing and saving multimedia content in a single click and using album profiles as camera shutter button. In step 201 , based on the faces appearing in the live camera screen (100), with help of face recognition certain profile suggestions are also shown to the user, so as to make it further easy for the users to press as per step 203 on profile icon (110) so that the multimedia content will be captured by camera screen (100) itself according to step 204, and at the same time captured multimedia content will be shared to the owner of that profile according to step 205.
If the captured multimedia content is send to particular group(s), event(s) or public forum(s) album, and then it will be accessible to all the member of the album. Further, the user may also share the multimedia content globally and to the followers. Now, after step 201 , if no particular album or desired album profile (110) is shown on the camera screen (100), then according to step 202', user may access and search all album profile by using filter button (107) or search option (108)or by scrolling and sliding the profile area (109) and select the album profile to whom user desire to share multimedia content. Further, according to step 202", user may even quickly create new profiles like new group(s), event(s) and public forum(s) etc. , by adding other users and/or may create a new profile by combining multiple existing profiles together by clicking on profile combine icon (111 ) for sharing the multimedia content.
Here, after creating new profiles according to step 202", user click on icon of said new profile according to step 203 and share contents with the members (combination of events and/or groups and/or individuals) of new profile. The selected or created album profile will be shown in the profile area (109) on camera screen (100). Further, the user is also able to edit multimedia content according to step (203') before capturing and also after capturing if required. Further, the user may also create new profiles like new group(s), event(s) and public forum(s) etc. , by adding other members and may also join other events, public forums created by other users. User may also add new members and other details in existing group, event etc. Further, the user may also combine group of profiles for sharing multimedia content separately to the different user profiles in a single click and this new profile icon is also created on the profile area (109) so that user shares the multimedia content to selected individuals and/or set of individuals (multiple albums) etc., at the same time when the multimedia content is captured by clicking on the new profile icon. Further, by interfacing on camera screen, the user gets notify the activity of other users, numbers of following and followers, add new members in existing event or groups or public forums etc or join events or festivals created by other users. Further, the user may also view the particular album created by sharing multimedia content to any user profiles based on the viewing rights granted.
The method as described in the present Invention comprises following technical advantages: a. one of the quickest way of sharing Photos online
b. the multimedia capturing, sharing and saving in cloud are happening in a single click, from the camera screen.
c. The multimedia thus captured and shared can be in all the below places and the combinations of the same.
d. Private -clicking and saving photos for oneself
e. Individuals -with my friends using the same app
f. Groups - Group of individuals
g. Events - Large group of individuals
h. Festivals -Large public groups i. Global -Everybody who are following the user in the app
j. New group creation or new event creation or creating a temp group from the above list, happens from the camera screen itself, which makes it very easy for the user. The method also comprises the feature of live camera face recognition which will suggest the user, possible profiles where user will share photos in the above said method.
Although the present invention has been described in accordance with the embodiments shown in the figures, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize there could be variations to those embodiments and those variations would be within the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, many modifications may be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, the scope of which is defined by the appended claims.

Claims

We Claim:
1 . A quick and instant method of sharing and saving multimedia content instantly and simultaneously by a user to a desired destination and with associated single/multiple users, comprising the steps of: a. Registration and verification of the contact details of said user where the verification of said contact details causes the creation of a camera screen with the profile area space for said user; b. said profile area in said camera screen is activated by operating it which further captures the desired multimedia content thus sharing the captured multimedia to a desired destination and with associated single/multiple users wherein said methods captures, shares and saves the multimedia content simultaneously and instantly.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said profile area acts as camera shutter buttons and comprises profile icon of said user, share location profiles and like.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said user creates new profiles comprising new groups, events, public interest forums.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said user invites other users or its followers to join said new profiles comprising new groups, events, public interest forums.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said desired destination is the receiver/s of the multimedia content being shared with.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said icon area comprises stored multimedia content access icon (102), a camera tilting icon (103), a flash light (104), an auto timer (105), an editing module (106).

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said editing module (106) comprises editing tools to fix said multimedia content, crop, resize, rotate the multimedia content, fix the exposure/ color of said multimedia content, to add the text, stickers, animations, augmented reality content, apply filters, torch-up the multimedia content and perform similar activities on the multimedia content.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said camera screen comprises a filter button (107), profiles combine icon (111 ), a search tool (108), profile area (109) comprising recently used album profiles (110)

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein album profiles (110) acts as camera shutter button for operating the camera module so that when user press or touch on the desired album profile (110), the camera module of the device will capture the multimedia content and at the same time, instantly share the multimedia content to the owner/members of that profile (110) and save multimedia content in cloud storage of the device.

The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said User may access the preview of the captured multimedia content by clicking on a preview icon (112) which appears after the capturing multimedia content and the user may also edit the multimedia content before uploading or shaing with the help of this feature.
11 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said user may access details about the particular profile by long pressing on icon of that particular album profile (110).
12. The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein said album profile (110) comprises profile of user's own profile, any individual's profile, group profile, event profile, publics forums profile, follower group profiles and/or any other profiles.
13. The method as claimed in claim 1 , comprises live camera face recognition for suggesting the user about possible profiles to share photos.
14. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said user may create new profile comprising new group(s), event(s), public forum(s) and like by adding other users.
15. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said user create a new profile by combining multiple existing profiles together by clicking on profile combine icon (111 ) for sharing the multimedia content.
16. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said user may click on icon of a new profile and share contents with the members, groups , individuals of new profile.
17. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the selected or created album profile is shown in the profile area (109) on camera screen (100).
18. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the user edit/s the multimedia content before capturing and after the image capturing.
19. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said multimedia content comprises text, photos, videos, voice records, animations, other digital content or combinations thereof.
