Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'entraînement aux coups de golf qui, selon la présente invention, se caractérise par sa conception ergonomique, et qui consiste en un ensemble d'éléments réglables permettant au golfeur confirmé ou débutant, qu'il soit enfant ou adulte, d'aligner la position physique de son corps, de ses pieds et de sa tête en positionnant et en maintenant de façon appropriée l'équilibre, le joueur alignant ainsi sa tête sur la balle, éliminant la tendance à bouger les hanches, les jambes et les poignets, voyant la balle de golf à travers une mire (22), identifiant la position correcte où doit être placée la balle ainsi que l'alignement qui doit suivre la tête du bâton pour frapper la balle directement vers l'objectif (trou), et identifiant l'amplitude recommandée du coup appelé « back swing », ce qui permet de réaliser les mouvements des épaules, des bras et du bâton autour de l'axe tête-colonne vertébrale.
