Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de communication permettant d'obtenir de manière stable un réseau tridimensionnel pour communication mobile de cinquième génération présentant un faible retard de propagation de communication sans fil. Une station relais sans fil est située au niveau de chaque corps flottant d'une pluralité de corps flottants commandés de manière autonome ou à partir d'une unité externe de façon à être positionnés dans un espace aérien flottant ne dépassant pas 100 km au-dessus de la surface du sol ou de la surface de la mer.
