Abstract
Le modèle d'utilité de l'invention se rapporte au domaine des systèmes d'informations et de recherche d'informations et aux systèmes de communication, et peut être utilisé pour créer un réseau d'informations mondial, dénomé Cybernet par les auteurs, qui assure le recueil, le stockage, le traitement et la transmission lors d'une interrogation autorisée d'informations complètes converties en format électronique concernant divers objets et sujets. Ce système d'informations mondial (SIM) comprend une pluralité de sphères d'informations créées en fonction d'une thématique donnée et comprenant des informations sur des objets sous forme d'au moins un certificat électronique d'objet. Le SIM comprend également un superviseur électronique système capable de déterminer le chemin d'accès à des informations données dans une sphère d'informations donnée en fonction d'un repère, une pluralité de serveurs, y compris un serveur DNS central, capables de classer toutes les informations en fonction de repères donnés et de crypter les informations à transmettre, des serveurs DNS distribués et des serveurs d'utilisateurs, ainsi qu'une pluralité de points d'accès d'utilisateurs comportant chacun un équipement électronique comprenant un dispositif électronique personnel d'utilisateur capable de générer un espace électronique d'utilisateur personnel et comportant un serveur DNS dédié à signature électronique unique sur la base d'un cryptocode individuel. Au niveau interne du SIM, à chaque objet physique correspond un objet virtuel comportant un certificat électronique, et à chaque sujet physique correspond un sujet virtuel comportant un passeport électronique, et un espace physique est représenté sous forme d'un modèle 3D avec un lien de chaque objet virtuel et de chaque sujet virtuel en temps réel en fonction de données d'un système de communcation satellite afin de former un cyber-espace virtuel.
