  • the delay in adding the enzymes to wash causes that the enzymes released from the inner phase start affecting the articles which were already wetted with the detergent base. Due to this fact, the enzymes function significantly better.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un détergent complexe capsule-dans-capsule, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'au moins deux phases : une phase interne et une phase externe séparées l'une de l'autre par une feuille interne, pendant que la phase externe est entourée d'une feuille externe, la phase interne comprenant des substances actives. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de capsules dans des capsules à compartiments multiples, comprenant un ou plusieurs compartiments internes et un compartiment externe, qui se dissout au contact de l'eau, le procédé comprenant : a) la production de la capsule plus petite enrobée de PVOH ou de gélatine, puis le placement de PEG 400 mélangé avec des enzymes liquides ou granulaires dans cette dernière ; b) la formation de la capsule plus grande de feuille de PVOH par des procédés de formation et de scellement sous vide.
