  • RFID capable Hand Held Reader Devices This refers to a device that can be held and operated by hand with capacity to read highly encrypted information on contactless card or systems for the purpose of validating if the card or systems are adequately funded to grant access.
  • High Security Contactless Card or Systems This refers to contactless card or systems containing highly encrypted information on funding done by the user using call credits (airtime) for the purpose of validating that if the card or systems are adequately funded to grant access.
  • Card or System Funding with Call Credit This is a value added telecommunication service that is implemented in conjunction with mobile phone operators that allows mobile subscribers fund their highly secured contactless card or systems by sending as a text, the amount by which they would like to fund the card or system by, to a designated short code.
  • Card or System Validation Application This is the main control and access activity enabled by software as well as the RFID capable hand-held Reader Device whereby the service provider points the device to the contactless card or system and gets notified instantly of the validity of the ticket for admission of the user or otherwise.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un fournisseur de services de paiement-pour-accès (par exemple, un transporteur routier, une compagnie aérienne, une ligne ferroviaire, un opérateur de cinéma, etc.) qui est équipé d'un dispositif de lecture portatif (1) capable de lire des informations sur une carte ou un système sans contact (2) alimenté par un utilisateur potentiel d'un tel service avec un crédit d'appel (temps d'émission) (3) et de déterminer si la carte ou le système contient suffisamment de fonds ou non et renvoyer des informations immédiates sur l'opportunité d'autoriser ou non l'accès à l'utilisateur. La carte ou le système (2) est sollicité par l'utilisateur par l'envoi des informations de base sous la forme d'un sms sur leurs téléphones mobiles avec un code court et captées à des emplacements désignés. La carte ou le système (2) est ensuite alimenté(e) par un utilisateur avec un solde de crédit d'appel (temps d'émission) sur le service téléphonique tel qu'il est fourni par des opérateurs de téléphone mobile (3) en envoyant des informations de base sous la forme d'un sms sur leurs téléphones mobiles avec un code court. Le dispositif portatif (1) peut lire des informations sur la carte ou sur le système pour déterminer des fonds disponibles et obtenir l'accès par l'intermédiaire d'une puce hautement sécurisée sur la carte ou sur le système sur internet avec ses capacités RFID.
