采用本发明所述的技术方案后,带来以下有益效果:
本发明的洗衣机省去了外桶结构,洗衣机洗涤桶直接作为盛水桶,可以提高洗涤水的利用率,并降低洗涤水的使用量,同时,省去外桶后,洗涤桶的体积可以设置的更大,可以洗涤的衣物量随之增加,达到了洗衣机扩容的目的,另一方面,本发明的排水通道位于洗涤桶内侧,在洗衣机脱水时不会直接与箱体碰撞,洗衣机脱水时的噪音更低,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种洗衣机,包括,箱体1、用于容纳被洗涤衣物的洗涤桶2,驱动洗涤桶2转动的动力装置3和安装在洗涤桶2下部的安装板4,以及连接安装板4与箱体1的减振部件。所述洗涤桶2可转动地设置在箱体1中,洗涤桶2坐落在安装板4上,并可相对安装板4转动,洗涤桶2作为盛水桶用于容纳洗涤水,安装板4用于支撑洗涤桶2,且安装板4通过减振部件与箱体1可活动地连接,在洗涤或脱水时,洗涤桶2和安装板4会产生振动,该振动传递至减振部件后被吸收。
所述洗涤桶2的顶端设有平衡环7,平衡环7的下侧设有集水环8,在洗涤桶2周壁内侧设有排水通道5,所述集水环8与排水通道5相连通,在集水环8朝向洗涤桶2一侧设有脱水口,所述排水通道5竖向设置,其上端与集水环8连通,下端与洗涤桶底部设有的排水口连通。洗涤桶2具有一定的锥度,在洗涤桶2高速转动时,洗涤桶2中的洗涤水在离心力的作用下,将沿洗涤桶壁向上爬升,并在上升至一定高度后从集水环8的脱水口进入集水环8内,洗涤水在集水环8内环形流动,当洗涤桶2转速降低时,洗涤水将沿排水通道5向下流动,并最终从洗衣机排水口排出。
结合图3和图4所示,优选地,所述集水环8内设有引导洗涤水进入排水通道5的挡水板13,所述挡水板13位于排水通道5进水口的上方,并与水平面呈一定角度倾斜设置。当洗涤水在集水环8内环形流动时,将碰撞在挡水板13上,挡水板13正对水流方向的一侧向下倾斜设置,使水流撞击到挡水板13后改变流向,由沿桶周向流动,变为沿桶壁向下流动,并进入排水通道5。由于挡水板13改变了集水环8内的水流流向,因此,在高速脱水时,可以使集水环8内的水流入至排水通道5内,避免集水环8内的水量过多。
所述安装板4上设有一挡水环12,挡水环12由安装板4的上表面向洗涤桶2方向凸起, 并延伸一定高度,形成容纳洗涤水的凹腔结构,凹腔结构的底部设有开口并连有排水管6,通过排水管6与洗衣机排水口连通,所述洗涤桶2底部的排水口安装有一阀塞15,所述阀塞15位于挡水环12的内侧,在洗涤阶段,阀塞15处于关闭状态,在脱水阶段,阀塞15处于打开状态,当阀塞15打开后,洗涤桶2中的洗涤水流入凹腔结构内,并由排水管6排至洗衣机外。
优选地,挡水环12的高度略高于洗涤桶2底面,并与洗涤桶2的外周壁之间预留一较大的空隙,以避免在洗涤桶2转动时,产生碰撞。
所述排水通道5的下端与洗涤桶2底部的排水口连接,该排水口位于洗衣机波轮的下方,排水通道5延伸至该排水口处,排水通道5包括水道壳体11和部分洗涤桶壁,所述水道壳体11面向洗涤桶壁的一侧设有上下贯通的沟槽,水道壳体11扣合在洗涤桶壁上,与洗涤桶壁共同围成水流通道。水道壳体11与现有洗衣机内桶中的水道结构相似,区别在于水道壳体11上端延伸至与集水环8连接,且水道壳体11面向洗涤桶2轴线的一侧不具有出水口。
水道壳体11上可以设置多条并排的沟槽,形成多条水流通道。
优选地,水道壳体11可拆卸地安装在洗涤桶2上,所述水道壳体11的底部设有卡钩,所述洗涤桶2的桶壁上设有与所述卡钩配合的卡口,水道壳体11的上部设有螺钉孔,并通过螺钉与洗涤桶2固定连接。在安装水道壳体11时,先将卡钩可在卡口上,对水道壳体11进行定位和支撑,然后通过螺钉将水道壳体11固定在洗涤桶2上。
优选地,所述水道壳体11面向洗涤桶轴线的一侧设有用于与衣物接触摩擦的凸起或纹路,在洗衣过程中,水道壳体11面向洗涤桶轴线的表面可以起到与衣物摩擦的作用。
为避免在脱水时,洗涤水从洗涤桶2中溢出,所述集水环8面向洗涤桶轴心的一侧为弧形面,该弧形面沿着洗涤桶轴向由下向上逐渐向洗涤桶2中心方向弯曲,使得洗涤桶2上端的开口逐渐缩小,集水环8的脱水口设置在弧形面的底部起始端,当洗涤水沿桶壁向上爬升时,集水环8的弧形面起到了阻挡水流继续向上爬升的作用,并汇集水流进入集水环8的脱水口。
所述动力装置安装在安装板4的底部,包括,电机和减速离合器,电机的转轴通过减速离合器与洗涤桶底连接,以驱动洗涤桶2旋转。所述减速离合器的输出轴穿过安装板4与洗涤桶2连接,在输出轴与安装板4之间设有至少一动密封。优选地,所述安装板4的底部设有多个向下凸起的加强筋。
在所述安装板4的上表面还设有一锁止结构14,所述锁止机构14位于洗涤桶2的底部,并与洗涤桶2配合,以限制洗涤桶2转动,所述锁止机构14可以锁住洗涤桶2,防止洗涤桶2转动,在洗涤阶段,锁止机构14锁住洗涤桶2,使其不能转动,在脱水阶段,锁止机构14解锁,使得洗涤桶2可以转动。
所述减振部件包括吊杆9和吊杆座10,所述吊杆9的上端与箱体1连接,下端与吊杆座10连接,所述安装板4的边缘上设有与吊杆座10配合的卡口,所述吊杆座10卡状在卡口内,并位于安装板4的下侧,吊杆座10内安装有弹簧,在安装板4和洗涤桶2重力作用下,吊杆座10内的弹簧被压缩,并在洗涤桶2振动时起到减振的功能。安装板4位于洗涤桶2的下部,使得吊杆座10位于洗涤桶2以下,不占用洗涤桶2与箱体1之间的空间,有利于扩大洗涤桶2的容积。
本发明的脱水过程为,首先,脱水前洗涤桶2内的水先通过洗涤桶2底部的排水口排出,然后电机驱动洗涤桶2高速旋转,剩余在洗涤桶2中的水在离心力的作用下,沿着洗涤桶壁向上爬升,并进入集水环8内,在集水环8内,水流受到挡水板13的作用,改变流动方向,向下流入排水通道5内,并沿排水通道5流出洗涤桶2,落入挡水环12围成的凹腔结构内,最终通过与排水管6排出洗衣机外。
以上所述为本发明的实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括箱体、可转动地设置在箱体中的洗涤桶,洗涤桶作为盛水桶用于容纳洗涤水,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶的上端设有集水环,所述集水环朝向洗涤桶一侧设有与洗涤桶内部相通的脱水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶的顶端设有平衡环,所述集水环设于洗涤桶内部、平衡环的下侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶周壁内侧设有排水通道,所述排水通道与集水环相连通,将集水环内的水引导排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述排水通道竖向设置,其上端与集水环连通,下端与洗涤桶底部设有的排水口连通,将集水环内的水引导至排水口排出;
    优选地,所述排水口位于洗衣机波轮的下方,排水通道延伸至该排水口处。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述集水环内设有引导洗涤水变向进入排水通道的挡水板,所述挡水板位于排水通道进水口的上方,并与集水环所在的水平面呈一定角度倾斜设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述排水通道包括水道壳体和至少部分洗涤桶壁,所述水道壳体面向洗涤桶壁的一侧设有上下贯通的沟槽,水道壳体扣合在洗涤桶壁上,与洗涤桶壁共同围成水流通道;
    优选地,所述水道壳体可拆卸地安装在洗涤桶上。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述集水环面向洗涤桶轴心的一侧为弧形面,该弧形面沿着洗涤桶轴向由下向上逐渐向洗涤桶中心方向弯曲;
    优选地,集水环的脱水口设置在弧形面的底部起始端。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗涤桶具有一定的锥度,在洗涤桶高速转动时,洗涤桶中的洗涤水在离心力的作用下,沿洗涤桶壁向上爬升,并在上升至一定高度后从集水环的脱水口进入集水环内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:还包括安装在洗涤桶下部用于支撑洗涤桶的安装板,所述安装板通过减振部件与箱体连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述安装板上设有一挡水环,所 述挡水环向洗涤桶方向延伸,形成一容纳洗涤水的凹腔结构,凹腔结构的底部连有向洗衣机外排水的排水管;
    优选地,所述挡水环的高度略高于洗涤桶底面,并与洗涤桶的外周壁之间预留一定的空隙。
