Description
MODULAR MOBILE TABLE FOR PRESTRESSING
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be included in the technical field of construction, specifically in the field of producing prestressed structures.
More specifically, the object of the invention relates to a portable modular device for prestressing building structures by means of the use of manual hydraulic jacks. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The prestressing process consists of intentionally creating building structures with permanent stresses, with the goal of improving the performance thereof in different conditions. The prestressed structures are created using high-resistance steel tendons embedded in the structural element, stressed before concreting. The construction of these structures requires permanent facilities and plants for precasting and it entails high costs.
Document US3577613 discloses a portable prestressing system that uses specialized stressing jacks and anchoring members on all of the ends of the cables, which thus makes the system require the availability of specialists, as well as the availability of spare anchoring members in large quantities and proportional to the amount of cables required by the structure.
Therefore, in light of the aforementioned points, it is necessary to find alternatives that are focused on portable facilities or devices for prestressing building structures that are easy to use and with reduced production costs for the same. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a portable modular device for prestressing building structures by means of the use of manual hydraulic jacks, which facilitates the production method of these structures and reduces the cost thereof.
Therefore, one aspect of the present invention relates to a portable modular device for prestressing building structures which comprises:
- at least one modular support for prestressing which has the building structure,
- at least one tension cable that runs inside the building structure,
- at least one hollow cylinder inside the building structure through which the
tension cable passes,
- at least one manual and adjustable hydraulic jack on each end of the support for prestressing that allows for the stressing of the tension cables,
- at least one stressing head of the tension cable on each end of the support for prestressing,
- at least one support plate of the building structure on the support for prestressing,
- at least one transverse fastening element of the building structure on the support for prestressing,
- at least one mechanism for transmitting hydraulic stress from the manual hydraulic jack to the stressing head in the support for prestressing,
- at least one alignment clamp of the manual hydraulic jack and the stressing head in the mechanism for transmitting hydraulic tension, and
- at least one protective screen on the support for prestressing,
where by means of the manual hydraulic jack the tension cable is stressed, rotating the tension cable around a half circle on the stressing head, allowing for the building structure to be prestressed.
In one preferred embodiment, the stressing head of the support for prestressing is movable along the building structure.
In another preferred embodiment, the tension cable is made of high-resistance steel.
In another preferred embodiment, the half circle rotation of the tension cable in the stressing head is 180 degrees.
In another preferred embodiment, the device further comprises a guide piece on the stressing head of the tension cable for the half circle rotation thereof, when the separation between the tension cables is less than two times the minimum turn radius, preventing the rupture of the tension cable.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG 1 shows a side view of the prestressing device.
FIG 2 shows a top view of the prestressing device.
FIG 3 - Shows a front view of the prestressing device
FIG 4 shows a top view of the guide piece for rotating the tension cable of the
prestressing device.
FIG 5 shows a side view of the guide piece for rotating the tension cable of the prestressing device. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the invention is described below based on figures shown.
FIG 1 shows a side view of the modular support for prestressing (1 ) which has the building structure (2), the tension cable (9) that runs inside the building structure, the manual hydraulic jacks (4a and 4b) and the stressing head (7a and 7b) of the building structure on each end of the support for prestressing, the support plates (3a and 3b), the transverse fastening elements (8a and 8b) and the mechanisms for transmitting hydraulic tension (5a and 5b) with the alignment clamps (6a and 6b).
FIG 2 shows a top view of the inside of the support for prestressing with the tension cables (9) and the stressing heads (7a and 7b), wherein the half circle rotation (10a and 10b) of the tension cable on the ends of the support is shown.
FIG 3 shows a front view of the hollow cylinders (1 1 ) of the inside of the building structure through which the tension cable passes in the stressing head (7).
FIG 4 shows a top view of the guide piece (12) with a slot (13) for the rotation of the tension cables (9) when the separation thereof is less than two times the minimum turn radius, thereby preventing the rupture of the tension cable.
FIG 5 shows a side view of the guide piece (12) with a slot (13) for the rotation of the tension cables (9) when the separation thereof is less than two times the minimum turn radius, thereby preventing the rupture of the tension cable.
