Abstract

kept at full load, when going upstairs two sets of the rubber tracks maintain an angle of about 180°, the seat automatically adjusted to the level, the seat center of gravity automatically moving forward, When going downstairs two sets of the rubber tracks keep an angle of about 180°, the seat automatically adjusted to the level and the center of gravity of the seat is automatically moved backward; two sets of the rubber tracks hold an angle of about 180° when starting going upstairs, the seat automatically is adjusted to the level and the center of gravity of the seat automatically is moved forward; two sets of the rubber tracks maintain an angle of about 160° when going downhill, the seat automatically adjusted to the level and the center of gravity of the seat automatically being moved backward. The electric wheelchair may walk freely on a flat road, a uphill and a downhill, go upstairs and downstairs freely, and go straightly up and down without a reverse, having the advantages of simple operation and safe use.

Claims (10)

  1. An electric wheelchair, characterized in that it comprising a chasing, a walking mechanism , a seat, a seat level adjustment mechanism, a power system, a power supply,
    - wherein the chasing is a frame-shape and bears all components;
    - the walking mechanism comprising the rubber tracks, the suspension, the driving wheels, the driven wheels and the shock absorber, At Left and right side symmetrically were equipped with two sets of rubber track each , each set of the rubber tracks are provided with one driving wheel and a plurality of the driven wheels, the driving wheels of two sets of the rubber tracks at each side are linked by a chain, one of driving wheels is driven by the motor, the suspension of each set of the rubber tracks takes an axis of the driving wheel as an axis thereof, and is connected with the chasing via the axis and the shock absorber, to form four independent suspended walking mechanisms.
  2. As claimed in claim l, characterized in that: the seat including the cushion, the backrest, the pedal, the handrails, the headrest, the closet seat pad, the urinal, the backrest pushing rod and the foot pad pushing rod,
    - the closet seat pad is positioned behind the cushion and may be drawn out, the urinal rightly under the closet seat pad and matched with the closet seat pad may also be drawn out, the closet seat pad and the urinal are used for a user to answer a call of nature, the backrest and the foot pad may be erected or laid down via the backrest pushing rod and the foot pad pushing rod.

As claimed in claim l or 2 or 3, characterized in that: it also including a seat gravity-center adjustment mechanism, the seat gravity-center adjustment mechanism comprising cylindrical linear guide rail and ball screw, two cylindrical linear guide rails are mounted on the chasing, the ball screw is mounted at the middle of the two cylindrical linear guide rails, a screw nut and slide blocks of the cylindrical linear guide rails are mounted at the bottom of the gear bracket.
  4. As claimed in claim3, characterized in that: the seat level adjustment mechanism including semi-circular gear, driving gear and gear bracket,
    - two semi-circular gears form an n-shape and are mounted at the bottom of  the seat,
    - the gear bracket forms a U-shape and is mounted on the sliding block of the cylindrical linear guide rails of the seat gravity-center adjustment mechanism, -the driving gear is mounted on the upper portion of the gear bracket and links the semi-circular gear to rotate the seat so as to adjust the level.
  5. As claimed in claim l or 2 or 3 or 4, characterized in that:
    -the power system comprising two drive motors at the left and the right sides, one seat level adjustment mechanism motor and one seat weight-center adjustment mechanism motor.
    - the power supply is the battery pack.

As claimed in claim l or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5, characterized in that: the electric control system comprising a walking controller and a seat controller, the walking controller mainly controls the operation of auxiliary equipment, the seat controller mainly controls seat level adjustment mechanism motor, seat gravity-center adjustment mechanism motor, backrest pushing rod and foot pad pushing rod , to carry out the level adjustment of the seat and the automatic adjustment of the gravity center, and erect or lay down the backrest and the foot pad,
    - said auxiliary equipments including driving motors or an indicator light.
  7. As claimed in any one of claim l to 6, characterized in that: Two sets of the rubber tracks remain at an angle of about 160°at no-load.
