Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de collecter électroniquement des avis auprès d'un client ayant expérimenté un service ou un produit. Dans les plateformes d'avis actuelles, un pourcentage très faible d'utilisateurs fournit un avis quant à son expérience. De plus, l'authenticité d'un avis n'est pas vérifiée. L'invention fournit aux utilisateurs une application logicielle à installer sur un dispositif informatique. Un dispositif de déclenchement, qui transmet un code d'identification unique, est prévu sur le lieu d'expérimentation d'un service ou d'un produit. Lorsque le dispositif informatique se situe à proximité du dispositif de déclenchement, l'application reçoit et décode le code, ce qui permet à l'utilisateur de fournir un avis sur le service ou le produit. L'avis est partagé électroniquement avec une pluralité d'autres clients probables par le biais d'un serveur. L'avis est également partagé avec les fournisseurs du service ou les fabricants du produit sous la forme d'un retour d'informations.
