Description of the Invention The saving apparatus (100) that is subject of the invention is connected between the diesel filter (300) and the diesel engine (400) . The diesel fuel coming from the fuel tank (200) enters into the saving apparatus (100) from the inlet pipe (110) of the saving apparatus (100) after passing through the diesel filter (300) . After the saving apparatus (100) is filled, the diesel fuel entering the saving apparatus (100) exits from the outlet pipe (120) and goes to the combustion chamber of the diesel engine (400) . When the diesel fuel is in the saving apparatus (100), diesel fuel is fragmented by the sound wave generated from the magnetic field and the volume is increased. While the fuel, volume of which is increased, provides an increased combustion although the amount is same, provides the vehicle to have more fuel while the amount of fuel is same and thus to get over more distance. In addition, while the diesel fuel is in the saving apparatus (100), it remains in a magnetic covering due to the arrangement of the copper magnet tubes (140), thereby achieving decrease in vehicle emissions.
The saving apparatus (100) that is subject of the invention is in general terms connected between the diesel filter (100) and the diesel engine (400) . In general terms, the saving apparatus (100) that is subject of the invention consists of body of apparatus (130) which has the inlet pipe (110) and outlet pipe (120), and which allows the fuel to store in the saving apparatus (100), and on which the rods (150) are mounted, magnet pipe (140) which has pipe groove (141) and the rod (150) which has magnet (151), washer (152) and nut (153) .
The test results made before the saving apparatus (100) is connected to the vehicle and then after the saving apparatus (100) is connected to the vehicle are given in Table 1. DIESEL VEHICLE WITHOUT THE DIESEL VEHICLE WITH THE
MEASURE CONNECTION OF SAVING CONNECTION OF SAVING NR.

Diesel vehicles with the same power were used for testing process, and the limit values are used in the range of 0-3000 rpm. As can be seen from the test results, an emission reduction of approximately 40% to 70% is achieved upon using the saving apparatus (100) .
The upper lid section of body of apparatus (130) of the saving apparatus (100) has the inlet pipe (110) through which the diesel fuel inlet is provided and has the outlet pipe (120) through which the diesel fuel outlet is provided. On the inner side of this upper lid section, more than one rods (150) are being connected with the upper lid. These rods (150) generally vary from 4 to 16, depending on the need for use, but there is not any upper limit so as to be at least one. The inlet pipe (110) in the hollow form located in the center of the upper lid is positioned so as to extend to the base but not to contact the base and to have a certain distance from the base. By this means, fuel flows starting from the bottom of the saving apparatus (100) into the body of apparatus (130) . The fuel that fills the saving apparatus (100) exits the outlet pipe (120) located on the upper lid and extending into the body of apparatus (130) about a few centimeters. Thus, the fuel can exit after almost all of the saving apparatus (100) has been filled. In addition, the volume of the majority of fuel is increased by the magnetic vibration.
The magnet (151), the washer (152) and the nut (153) are provided on the plurality of rods (150) positioned inside the upper lid. The rod (150) with grooved form has a nut at the bottom and top section. The magnets (151) are positioned so that the same poles face each other and have at least one washer (152) therebetween. By positioning the same poles of the magnets (151) facing each other, a magnetic field is generated as shown in Figure-8. At least two magnets (151) are used to form said magnetic field. This magnetic field, which is formed by pushing of the same poles each other, causes particle vibration at the same time. Particle vibration results in the fragmentation of the fuel and thus the increase in the volume of the fuel. The nuts (153) are tightened to the grooved rod (150) so that its position on the rod (150) does not move due to the pushing action of magnets (151) on the bottom and on the uppermost provided on the rod (150) . Washer (152) is used to prevent the magnets (151) from coming into contact with each other in case of excessive compression.
A hollow magnet pipe (140) is positioned to surround this form consisted of magnet (151), washer (152) and nut (153) provided on the rod (150) . This magnet pipe (140) is made of copper. Because the copper is a diamagnetic material, the magnet pipe (140) is produced from copper but apart from that, other diamagnetic or other materials may be used. The use of a diamagnetic material both increases the fuel volume and contributes to fuel saving and emission reduction by the emerging magnetic covering. The diameter of the magnet pipe (140) is greater than the diameter of the magnet (151) . By this means, the fuel can flow into the magnet pipe (140) . The fuel that is filled in the magnet pipe (140) exits the magnet pipe (140) from the pipe grooves (141) . The magnet pipe (140) are arranged in a rounded shape to the body of apparatus (130) which is in the form of circle. Since the most effective result of the tests was obtained from the circle form, these forms were used but the saving apparatus (100) can be formed in any geometric form as well. All the elements of the saving apparatus (100) that is subject of the invention can be produced and made from any kind of metal and nonmetals.
