Definitions
- the present invention relates to a laparoscopy technique, and more particularly, to a device for suturing an open window generated by a trocar during a laparoscopy procedure.
- Laparoscopic surgery unlike the conventional open surgery, incision to the abdomen 0.5cm to 1cm through a plurality of holes and laparoscopic insertion to observe the inside of the abdominal cavity.
- Trocar is installed through the skin and peritoneum during laparoscopic surgery to guide the laparoscopic and surgical instruments into the laparoscopic.
- open windows caused by trocars occur on the skin and peritoneum.
- the open window by the trocar is sutured by suture, which is difficult for the obese patient with a thick fat layer between the peritoneum and the skin layer. Accordingly, there is a need for a technique for easily closing the trocar opening window.
