Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil qui cintre des cannes de bambou de n'importe quel diamètre pour les utiliser dans la construction en tant qu'éléments structurels, principalement dans des constructions légères et des meubles. Il est constitué d'un socle comprenant deux tubes se chevauchant qui sont ouverts à leurs extrémités, ayant la capacité de fléchir à proximité de la séparation entre les deux tubes, ces derniers ayant pour fonction de loger la canne de bambou et de prévenir le glissement de ladite canne de bambou lorsqu'elle est soumise à une traction au moyen d'un mécanisme de tension accouplé au support. Un montant télescopique ayant un cylindre de guidage à son extrémité est situé au point de flexion de la canne afin de donner au bambou une forme finale en demi-arc.
