Abstract
A system for providing a mobile terminal (3) of cellular telephony with information and/or service associated with localisation of the mobile terminal (3), including a system (100) of at least one of the mobile network operator, the system (100) comprising at least one low-power base station (2), being characterised in that at least one system (100) of the mobile network operator (MNO) comprises at least one set (107) of phone numbers on the operator side with consent for localisation-based services, and is connected with a system (200) of an operator of localisation-based services, the system (200) of the operator of localisation-based services comprising a Campaign Manager subsystem (208) for managing the localisation-based services, comprising a set (210) of identifiers of low-power base stations with actions defined for them and a manager module (212) for managing campaigns, a set (207) of phone numbers on the side of the operator of localisation-based services with a consent for localisation-based services, and in that it further comprises a service system (311) of a customer (300) connected with the system (200) of the operator of localisation-based services, the service system (311) of the customer (300) comprising, on the side of the customer of localisation-based services, a set (307) of phone numbers with a consent for localisation-based services.
