  • An innovative production system contributes to making the bracket structure according to the present invention particularly advantageous, polyvalent and inexpensive, and it consists in producing the brackets 1 on a flat arrangement, with sheet-like wing portions 3 extended in unfinished shape, or better, not shaped, or shaped in a potential extension, from which the contingently desired shapes are shape-cut by means of numerical control systems, preferably using a laser, so as to attain - with an appropriately extended single unfinished element - any and any type of shape contingently required or suitable and any or any type of another shape with respect to the embodiments described and illustrated, in the outlined claims of the relative equivalences and/or within the solution concept subject thereof.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure de support (1) pour assembler des panneaux de construction (24) en matière plastique expansée (30), renforcée par des cages (23) en treillis jumelés (25, 26) de longerons (27, 28) et de raccords métalliques (29), comprenant une plaque métallique (1) à incorporer dans la matière plastique (30) le long de l'armature (23), cette structure étant configurée centralement par une partie centrale (2) appropriée pour être juxtaposée dans le plan à une partie correspondante (2) d'une structure similaire (1) et pour être contrainte par des moyens d'accouplement mutuels (7, 8, 9) et configurée latéralement avec des parties d'aile symétriques agencées en miroir (3), dans une telle position pliable de manière non élastique par la déformation de l'agencement de conception plate, et dont la découpe est effectuée au moyen d'une commande numérique, adaptée pour être logée dans l'armature (23) dans des éléments périphériques formés par des bras d'interception (10, 11 12, 13), des réceptacles à gorges orientées vers l'intérieur (14, 15) et vers l'extérieur (16, 17), des profilés (18, 19, 29 21) et d'éventuelles gorges de manipulation (22) conçues de manière interfonctionnelle de manière à être coincées - en utilisation - entre les mailles (27, 28, 29) de l'armature (23) par un mouvement angulaire, suscitant une dynamique de force de déplacement élastique du raccord le plus à l'extérieur (29) ou du longeron (2,7 28) et de celui adjacent vers l'intérieur, ce qui entraîne ensuite son insertion dans les gorges (14, 15, 16, 17) du fait de son élasticité et son emprisonnement à l'intérieur dans au moins deux endroits par aile (3), ce qui contraint le support (1) - en utilisation - à être mis sous tension et soumis à toute autre contrainte.
