[0047] 本实施例中, 由于背部接触段 121与腰部接触段 122之间的连接过渡段 123通过 旋转结构 131可旋转连接在连接架 130上, 在外力作用下, 靠背 120可绕旋转结构 131从预设状态顺吋针旋转, 所以用户的背靠在靠背 120上吋, 通过靠背 120绕旋 转结构 131的旋转, 腰部接触段 122也可以支撑到用户的腰部, 防止腰椎受力。 另外, 由于靠背 120在力的作用下顺吋针旋转吋运用了杠杆原理, 所以当旋转结 构 131中设有复位机构 1311吋, 人体使靠背 120旋转也只需要一个很小的力, 这 样人体使靠背 120旋转变得非常自然, 不会感觉到有很大的反作用力。

一种椅子, 包括支撑座、 靠背、 连接架和供用户乘坐的座板, 所述靠 背通过所述连接架设于所述支撑座上, 其特征在于: 所述靠背包括用 于支撑背部的背部接触段、 用于支撑腰部的腰部接触段、 以及连接所 述背部接触段与腰部接触段的过渡段, 所述过渡段中预设位置通过旋 转结构可旋转连接在所述连接架上; 在外力作用下, 所述靠背可绕所 述旋转结构从预设状态顺吋针旋转; 外力消失后, 所述靠背回到预设 状态。
根据权利要求 1所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述座板设于所述连接架 上, 所述座板包括基本水平的供用户乘坐的乘座部分和沿用户乘坐方 向向下倾斜的坡面部分, 所述乘座部分位于用户乘坐方向的后方, 所 述坡面部分位于用户乘坐方向的前方。
根据权利要求 1所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述座板设于所述支撑座 上, 所述座板包括基本水平的供用户乘坐的乘座部分和沿用户乘坐方 向向下倾斜的坡面部分, 所述乘座部分位于用户乘坐方向的后方, 所 述坡面部分位于用户乘坐方向的前方。
根据权利要求 2或 3所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述坡面部分与水平面 之间形成的锐角范围在大于 6°并小于 25°之间。
根据权利要求 4所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述锐角范围在 7° - 15°。 根据权利要求 5所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述锐角为 12°或 13°或 14° 或 15。。
根据权利要求 2或 3所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述乘座部分为所述座 板一半至三分之二的部分; 剩下的则为所述坡面部分。
根据权利要求 7所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述乘座部分基本占所述 座板一半的比例; 或者所述乘座部分基本占所述座板三分之二的比例
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的椅子, 其特征在于: 所述支撑座还具有升降调 节机构, 所述座板和连接架都设于所述升降调节机构上, 所述升降调 节机构用于调节所述座板和靠背的离地高度。
