Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de surveillance du sommeil pour un matelas de l'Internet des objets. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : détecter une position de pression sur un matelas, une valeur de pression et le temps (101) ; obtenir un état de retournement d'un utilisateur en fonction de la position de pression, de la valeur de pression et du temps (102) ; et obtenir le nombre de retournements et les intervalles entre ceux-ci en fonction de l'état de retournement pour obtenir une qualité de sommeil (103). La solution technique proposée a pour avantage d'offrir une bonne expérience à l'utilisateur.
