Description

一种LED柔性投光灯 技术领域
本发明涉及装饰或照明领域,尤其涉及一种安装方便、用途广泛、防水效果好的柔性LED投光灯。
背景技术
LED灯具具有节能环保、寿命长、光效高等诸多优点,正在快速地取代传统的各种灯具。
线性LED投光灯是常见的LED灯具之一,广泛应用于各种建筑物的室内外墙面灯光装饰。现有的线性LED投光灯可以参考公开号为CN204062961U的专利,其灯体一般为硬性的,在某些安装场合比如需要弯折或弯曲的地方,其安装极为不便;且该类线性LED投光灯防水结构复杂,成本高。
因而有必要对上述线性LED投光灯做进一步的改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安装方便、用途广泛、防水效果好的柔性LED投光灯。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种LED柔性投光灯,包括:
复数个LED灯板,所述LED灯板为LED焊接于线路板上,每个LED灯板通过柔性导线相连接,LED灯板上对应于LED的位置设有透镜;
啤注式绝缘外皮,所述啤注式绝缘外皮包括复数个外部啤注单元和连接于相邻两个外部啤注单元之间的柔性连接体,所述外部啤注单元包覆住LED灯板和透镜顶部以下的位置,所述柔性连接体包覆住相邻两块LED灯板之间的 柔性导线。
进一步地,还包括内部啤注单元,所述内部啤注单元包覆住LED灯板和透镜顶部以下的位置,外部啤注单元包覆住内部啤注单元并使透镜顶部外露于外部啤注单元。
进一步地,所述外部啤注单元横截面为方形,所述柔性连接体的横截面也为方形,所述柔性连接体横截面的长度小于外部啤注单元横截面的长度,所述柔性连接体横截面的宽度小于外部啤注单元横截面的宽度。
进一步地,所述每块线路板上对应于LED的位置设有透镜座,透镜固定于透镜座上。
本发明包含如下有益效果:本发明通过将内部光源设置为相邻两个LED灯板通过柔性导线相互焊连,并在内部光源外部啤注绝缘外皮;绝缘外皮包括复数个分别包覆于每个LED灯板外围的啤注单元和包覆于柔性导线外围的柔性连接体,使得LED柔性投光灯在每个柔性连接体的位置具有良好的弯曲性能,适合安装于各种曲面物体上,用途广泛,且安装方便;通过绝缘外皮及跟绝缘外皮一体式连接的透镜,两者将LED灯板和柔性导线密封在内,可以实现很好的防水效果。
需要指出的是,实施本发明的任一产品并非需要同时达到以上所有效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1到图2所示的本发明较佳实施例,一种LED柔性投光灯,包括:
复数个LED灯板1,所述LED灯板1为单颗贴片式LED2焊接于线路板3上,每个LED灯板1通过柔性导线4相连接,LED灯板1上对应于LED2的位置设有透镜座5,透镜座5上固设有透镜6;
啤注式绝缘外皮7,所述啤注式绝缘外皮7包括复数个外部啤注单元8和连接于相邻两个外部啤注单元8之间的柔性连接体9,所述外部啤注单元8包覆住LED灯板1和透镜6顶部以下的位置,所述柔性连接体9包覆住相邻两块LED灯板1之间的柔性导线4;
还包括内部啤注单元10,所述内部啤注单元10包覆住LED灯板1和透镜6顶部以下的位置,外部啤注单元8包覆住内部啤注单元10并使透镜6顶部外露于外部啤注单元8。
所述外部啤注单元8为具有四个导角的长方体形,其横截面为方形,所述柔性连接体9的横截面也为方形,所述柔性连接体9横截面的长度小于外部啤注单元8横截面的长度,所述柔性连接体9横截面的宽度小于外部啤注单元8横截面的宽度。

以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以同等的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种LED柔性投光灯,包括:
    复数个LED灯板,所述LED灯板为LED焊接于线路板上,每个LED灯板通过柔性导线相连接,LED灯板上对应于LED的位置设有透镜;
    啤注式绝缘外皮,所述啤注式绝缘外皮包括复数个外部啤注单元和连接于相邻两个外部啤注单元之间的柔性连接体,所述外部啤注单元包覆住LED灯板和透镜顶部以下的位置,所述柔性连接体包覆住相邻两块LED灯板之间的柔性导线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED柔性投光灯,其特征在于:还包括内部啤注单元,所述内部啤注单元包覆住LED灯板和透镜顶部以下的位置,外部啤注单元包覆住内部啤注单元并使透镜顶部外露于外部啤注单元。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED柔性投光灯,其特征在于:所述外部啤注单元横截面为方形,所述柔性连接体的横截面也为方形,所述柔性连接体横截面的长度小于外部啤注单元横截面的长度,所述柔性连接体横截面的宽度小于外部啤注单元横截面的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED柔性投光灯,其特征在于:所述每块线路板上对应于LED的位置设有透镜座,透镜固定于透镜座上。
