Description

背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。

考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《一种根据时间改变手机设置的方法和手机》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种手机设置自动匹配技术的数据采集方法,目的在于针对于当前在不同的时间段内,用户需要通过反复和麻烦的手动按操作来改变手机的设置,这种用户体验不佳的情况,需要提供一种快捷简单的更改手机设置的方法,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

本发明是这样实现的:一种手机设置自动匹配技术的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录预设的每天特定的时间段以及对应的手机设置,并将所述预设的每天特定的时间段与所述对应的手机设置相匹配;
监测当前时间;
判断所述当前时间是否在所述预设的每天特定的时间段之内;
若否,保持原状;
若是,将自动更改到与所述预设的每天特定的时间段相匹配的手机设置,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

在本实施例中,以用户在不同时间段设置手机为例,手机设置包括:音量大小、震动模式、WiFi、蓝牙的连接状态等,如,预设在早上7:00至9:00这个时间段,手机设置更改为铃声为摇滚乐、音量最大、开启振动模式;在9点到下午5点这个时间段内,手机设置更改为铃声静音、开启振动模式;在晚上12点后,手机设置更改为飞行模式。
在步骤S102中,监测当前时间。
在步骤S103中,判断所述当前时间是否在所述预设的每天特定的时间段之内;若否,则进入步骤S104,保持原状;若是,则进入步骤S105,将自动更改到与所述预设的每天特定的时间段相匹配的手机设置,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
监测到当前时间不在预设的时间段内,如,当前时间是早上6点半,不在预设的早上7:00至9:00这个时间段内,手机设置不变;若当前时间在预设的时间段内,系统会自动更改成手机在这个时间段内所对应的设置,如,监测到现在的时间已经到早上7点了,在预设的早上7:00至9:00这个时间段内,手机设置将变为预先设置好的铃声为摇滚乐、音量最大、开启振动模式。
