Abstract
本发明属于互联网领域,提供了一种推送客户记录时的信息提示方法以及记录装置,方法包括:当特定用户第一次到酒店开房时,建立与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹;在所述与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹中,记录酒店方输入的客户需求;当所述特定客户再次登记开房时,显示与所述特定客户的身份证对应的档案夹中的客户需求,同时向用户推送专利信息。该发明通过记录下客户提出的所有需求,从而能在客户再次消费时,能清楚知悉客户的喜好,从而方便酒店能够根据客户之前的需求,更好的迎合客户,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
Description
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及 一种推送客户记录时的信息提示方法以及记录装置 。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种酒店客户需求记录方法以及记录装置 》
),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种推荐推送客户记录时的信息提示方法 ,
该发明通过记录下客户提出的所有需求,从而能在客户再次消费时,能清楚知悉客户的喜好,从而方便酒店能够根据客户之前的需求,更好的迎合客户,
并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
本发明是这样实现的:一种推荐推送客户记录时的信息提示方法,包括以下步骤:
当特定用户第一次到酒店开房时,建立与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹;
在所述与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹中,记录酒店方输入的客户需求;
当所述特定客户再次登记开房时,显示与所述特定客户的身份证对应的档案夹中的客户需求
,同时向用户推送专利信息 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 记录装置 ,包括:
建档单元,记录单元,显示单元,专利信息推送单元,其中 :
建档单元,用于当特定用户第一次到酒店开房时,建立与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹;
记录单元,其输入端与所述建档单元的输出端连接,用于在所述与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹中,记录酒店方输入的客户需求;
显示单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于当所述特定客户再次登记开房时,显示与所述特定客户的身份证对应的档案夹中的客户需求;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接,用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
该发明通过记录下客户提出的所有需求,从而能在客户再次消费时,能清楚知悉客户的喜好,从而方便酒店能够根据客户之前的需求,更好的迎合客户

在步骤 S101 中, 当特定用户第一次到酒店开房时,建立与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹。
在本实施例中,当特定用户第一次到酒店开房时,建立与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹,如根据客户的身份证号码建立档案夹,或者根据客户的姓名和出生地等信息建立档案夹,旨在方便下次寻找记录时可以第一时间找到相对应的客户信息。
在步骤 S102 中,在所述与特定客户身份证匹配的档案夹中,记录酒店方输入的客户需求。
本实施例中,根据客户第一次的入住情况,酒店方记录下客户的入住需求、特殊喜好等信息,如要住高层、要住高档套房等,并存入对应的之前已建立好的档案夹中。
在步骤 S103 中,当所述特定客户再次登记开房时,显示与所述特定客户的身份证对应的档案夹中的客户需求
,同时向用户推送专利信息 。
当所述特定客户再次登记开房时,通过身份证可以读取并显示对应的档案夹中以往的住店记录以及客户入住需求,特殊喜好等,酒店方就可以第一时间向客户做出房间推荐或者提供入住细节筛选,并带给用户更好的体验。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 /
权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 /
专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
