本发明属于汽车领域,提供了一种根据市场调整音效技术的方法以及车载娱乐系统,所述方法包括:记录虹膜匹配音效设置; 当用户驾驶车辆时,检测用户虹膜;根据虹膜匹配出音效设置并自动设置与虹膜匹配的音效;通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况;当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,终止根据虹膜匹配音效。该发明通过预设虹膜与音效设置的匹配关系,根据驾驶者自动设置音效,简化手工调整音效的操作,提高用户体验,避免因驾驶时调整音效带来的安全隐患,也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时,终止该项技术的应用。
Description
本发明属于汽车领域,提供了一种根据市场调整音效技术的方法以及车载娱乐系统 。
人工智能 ( Artificial Intelligence ), 英文 缩写为 AI 。它是 研究 、
开发 用于 模拟 、 延伸 和扩展人的 智能 的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的一门新的技术科学。
现在人工智能的研究属于前沿,但普遍研究阶段。其中以弱人工智能的研究和应用最为普及。所谓弱人工智能体现在某些单一、重复性的工作上面,由人类通过计算机预先设置好相关的规则和触发条件,当现实情况满足这些触发条件时,硬件或软件系统将会应激地做出一系列反应。
在弱人工智能的研究和应用上,人们希望通过上述'定规则 -
应激反应'的方式,帮助人类处理重复性大、可预测性大的工作。同时,也希望人工智能能够识别和学习特定用户的价值取向。
在本人的上一个申请《根据虹膜识别设置音效的方法以及车载娱乐系统》中,提出了一个弱人工智能的解决方案,但是该方案仅仅是研发阶段所假设的'用户需求',针对于实际使用情况,尤其针对于特定个体用户,该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
同时,针对于一项未经市场检验的技术,如果用户不喜欢而要关闭的话,往往很费事,用户必须要在设置菜单或者选项里面调试半天方能关闭,这就为特定的用户造成了操作上的负担。
同时,是否能考虑市场反馈再做调整呢?这样做往往不实际,因为一批产品可能上千或者几十万件一起制造和发售,如果要先市场评估,再调整某项技术的话,时间上往往无法兼顾。
综上,需要一种方法,能够采用产品回复云端的大数据,并根据市场上的反馈,能够及时对产品中的技术进行调整。
本发明实施例提供了一种根据市场调整音效技术的方法,目的在于
针对因不同的用户驾驶同一辆车时听音乐的习惯不一样而要调整设置导致行车不安全的情况,需要提供一种
通过预设虹膜与音效设置的匹配关系,根据驾驶者自动设置音效,简化手工调整音效的操作,提高用户体验,避免因驾驶时调整音效带来的安全隐患,也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时,终止该项技术的应用。
本发明是这样实现的: 一种根据市场调整音效技术的方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录虹膜匹配音效设置 ;
当用户驾驶车辆时,检测用户虹膜;
根据虹膜匹配出音效设置并自动设置与虹膜匹配的音效;
通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况;
当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,终止根据虹膜匹配音效 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种车载娱乐系统,所述车载娱乐系统包括:
记录单元,检测单元,匹配单元,读取单元,技术调整单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录虹膜匹配音效设置
检测单元,用于当用户驾驶车辆时,检测用户虹膜;
匹配单元,其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元的输出端连接,用于据虹膜匹配出音效设置并自动设置与虹膜匹配的音效;
读取单元,其输入端与匹配单元的输出端连接,用于通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况;
技术调整单元,其输入端与读取单元的输出端连接,用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,终止根据虹膜匹配音效。
该发明通过预设虹膜与音效设置的匹配关系,根据驾驶者自动设置音效,简化手工调整音效的操作,提高用户体验,避免因驾驶时调整音效带来的安全隐患,也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时,终止该项技术的应用。

在步骤 S100 中 , 记录虹膜匹配音效设置。
本实施例中,记录用户虹膜匹配的音效设置为:音乐效果为摇滚,音量为 50% 。
在步骤 S101 中 , 当用户驾驶车辆时,检测用户虹膜。
在步骤 S102 中,根据虹膜匹配出音效设置并自动设置与虹膜匹配的音效。
在本实施例中,如用户驾驶车辆时,音效设置自动设置为:音乐效果为摇滚,音量为 50%
。虹膜检测只对驾驶者进行检测,副驾及后排乘客不在检测范围。
在步骤 S103
中,通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况,当其他用户关闭或停用该项技术时,相关数据将上传云端保存;
本实施例中的'该项技术',特指本步骤之前的几个步骤。
在步骤 S104
中,当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,说明该项技术的市场认可度较低,属于有特殊需要的小众技术,所以终止根据虹膜匹配音效,如果特定用户需要,再通过设置自行开启
。

- 一种根据市场调整音效技术的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:记录虹膜匹配音效设置 ;当用户驾驶车辆时,检测用户虹膜;根据虹膜匹配出音效设置并自动设置与虹膜匹配的音效;通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况;当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,终止根据虹膜匹配音效 。
- 一种车载娱乐系统,其特征在于,所述车载娱乐系统包括:记录单元,检测单元,匹配单元,读取单元,技术调整单元,其中:记录单元,用于记录虹膜匹配音效设置检测单元,用于当用户驾驶车辆时,检测用户虹膜;匹配单元,其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元的输出端连接,用于据虹膜匹配出音效设置并自动设置与虹膜匹配的音效;读取单元,其输入端与匹配单元的输出端连接,用于通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况;技术调整单元,其输入端与读取单元的输出端连接,用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时,终止根据虹膜匹配音效。
