优选地,所述收放装置包括多个所述同步轮组、多个所述绕线组件,各所述同步轮组的两侧分别设置有用于改变传动方向的传动组件,各所述同步轮组两侧的所述传动组件分别至少一个所述绕线组件相连接;各所述传动组件分别包括相互啮合的第一圆锥齿轮和第二圆锥齿轮,两个所述传动组件的所述第一圆锥齿轮与至少一个所述同步轮相连接;各所述绕线组件分别包括固定座、可转动地设于所述固定座上的绕线轴及传动轴,所述传动轴和对应的所述第二圆锥齿轮相连接。
优选地,所述同步轮的转动轴心线和所述传动轴的轴心线的延伸方向不同。
更优选地,所述同步轮的转动轴心线和所述传动轴的轴心线相互垂直。
优选地,所述绕线轴的外壁沿所述传动轴的轴心线以逐渐向外的方式倾斜延伸,所述固定座的对应于所述绕线轴的外径较大的一端处开设有用于供拉绳穿过的穿线孔,所述拉绳和所述绕线轴的外径较小的一端相连接。
优选地,所述固定座上开设有穿线孔及导线孔,所述导线孔为多个且开设在所述固定座的不同位置,所述穿线孔位于所述绕线轴的外壁和多个所述导线孔之间。
结合上述,本发明采用以上结构,相比现有技术具有如下优点:通过限位凸起和支架上的限位槽的相互配合,保证安装后同步轮组、绕线组件沿传动轴的轴心线的延伸方向排列,避免互相之间错位,方便安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解。
实施例1
附图1-8示出了本发明的一种收放式窗帘,具体为一种收放式的罗马帘。参照附图1-8所示,收放式窗帘包括帘体100、带动帘体100收放的拉绳200及用于窗帘拉绳200收放的收放装置。拉绳200穿设在帘体100中且拉绳200的下端和帘体100的下端部固定连接、上端部和收放装置固定连接。帘体100上端具有水平延伸的支架300,收放装置包括安装在支架300的安装座400、同步轮组1、传动组件2以及绕线组件3,每个同步轮组1的左右两侧都分别连接有一个传动组件2用于改变传动方向,每个绕线组件3分别通过一个传动组件2和至少一个同步轮组1连接。收放装置具体有如下三种设置方式:
A、同步轮组1为一个,同步轮组1左侧的传动组件2与一个绕线组件3相连接,同步轮组1右侧的传动组件2与另一个绕线组件3相连接,本实施例即采用方式A,参见附图1-6;
B、同步轮组1为一个,同步轮组1左侧和/或右侧的传动组件2与至少两个绕线组件3相连接;
C、同步轮组1为多个,绕线组件3也为多个,各同步轮组1左右两侧的传动组件2分别与至少一个绕线组件3相连接,其中相邻两个同步轮组1之间具有至少一个绕线组件3。
同步轮组1包括至少一个卷簧12、至少两个同步轮11,同步轮11可转动地设置在安装座400上。各所述卷簧12的两端分别固定连接于两个同步轮11以卷绕于两个同步轮11上且在两个同步轮11上的卷绕方向相反。各传动组件2分别包括相互啮合的第一圆锥齿轮22和第二圆锥齿轮23,同步轮组1两侧的两个传动组件2的第一圆锥齿轮22与至少一个同步轮11相连接,其中第一圆锥齿轮22和第二圆锥齿轮23分别可转动地设置在安装座400上,且第一圆锥齿轮22的转动轴心线和第二圆锥齿轮23的转动轴心线相互垂直。参见附图7,各绕线组件3分别包括固定设置在帘体100上端的固定座31、可转动地设于固定座31上的绕线轴32及传动轴33,传动轴33和对应的第二圆锥齿轮23相连接,绕线轴32和传动轴33相互连接且同轴,绕线轴32的外壁沿传动轴33的轴心线以逐渐向外的方式倾斜延伸,拉绳200的上端部固定连接于绕线轴32外径较小的一端,固定座31的对应于绕线轴32的外径较大的一端处开设有供拉绳200穿过的穿线孔310。而若为上述方式B中,同步轮11同一侧若有多个绕线组件3,则这三个绕线组件3的传动轴3可以是同一个轴,也可以是依次连接的三个轴。
参照附图5、6所示,同步轮11的转动轴心线和传动轴33的轴心线相互垂直,传动轴33的轴心线沿左右方向延伸。具体到本实施例中,同步轮11的转动轴心线和传动轴33的轴心线均是水平的,同步轮11的转动轴心线沿前后方向延伸。
参照附图7所示,固定座31上还开设有多个分别处于固定座不同位置的导线孔311,穿线孔310位于导向孔311和绕线轴32的外壁之间,拉绳200的上端部依次自其中一个导线孔311、穿线孔310穿过后连接至绕线轴32外径较小的一端部上,拉绳200穿在不同的导线孔311时具有不同张紧力,可根据帘体重量调整拉绳200的张紧力。
传动轴33的截面为多边形,具体为正六边形,绕线轴32具有与该正六边形相匹配的孔,绕线轴32套设于传动轴33上。且第二圆锥齿轮23上也开设有与该正六边形相匹配的孔,绕线轴32的一端部插设在上述第二圆锥齿轮23的孔中,第二圆锥齿轮23、传动轴33、绕线轴32共轴。
同步轮11和卷簧12具有多种组合方式,如:
参见附图8、9,同步轮11为两个,同步轮11的外壁上均设置有一圈轮齿13,两个同步轮11通过轮齿13相互啮合,一个卷簧12卷绕在该两个同步轮11上,两个同步轮11分别与两个第一圆锥齿轮22相连接;
参见附图10,同步轮11为两组,每组同步轮11包括两个同步轮11,各组同步轮11的两个同步轮11共轴且沿其轴心线依次排列,各组同步轮11中至少一个同步轮11的外壁设置有一圈轮齿13,两组同步轮11通过轮齿13相互啮合,两组同步轮11中各有一个同步轮11分别与第一个卷簧12的两端相连接,且第一个卷簧12卷绕在这两个同步轮11上,第二个卷簧12的两端分别固定连接于两组同步轮11的另一个同步轮11上并可卷绕在这两个同步轮11上,左侧的第一圆锥齿轮22与左侧一组同步轮11中的一个同步轮11相连接,右侧的第一圆锥齿轮22与右侧一组同步轮11中的一个同步轮11相连接;
参见附图11,同步轮11为三个,三个同步轮11的外壁上均设置有一圈轮齿13,三个同步轮11通过轮齿13依次啮合,最左侧的同步轮11和左侧的第一圆锥齿轮22相对应连接,最右侧的同步轮11和右侧的第一圆锥齿轮22相对应连接,卷簧12为两个,其中一个卷簧12的两端分别固定连接于中间的同步轮11和左侧的同步轮11,另一个卷簧12的两端分别固定连接于中间的同步轮11和右侧的同步轮11,两个卷簧12在中间的同步轮11上层叠卷绕;
参见附图12,同步轮11为三组,每组同步轮11包括两个同步轮11,各组同步轮11的两个同步轮11共轴且沿其轴心线依次排列,各组同步轮11中至少一个同步轮11设置有轮齿13,三组同步轮11通过轮齿13相互啮合,有四个卷簧12卷绕于三组同步轮11上,卷绕方式同附图11所示的方式;
参见附图13,与附图12所示的方式的不同之处是有三个卷簧12卷绕于该三组同步轮11上,其中分别属于其中两组同步轮11的两个同步轮11上没有卷绕卷簧12;上述几种方式通过调节同步轮的个数、或卷簧的个数,可以适用于不同重量的帘体上,即,可以调节窗帘帘体的重量。
同步轮11和第一圆锥齿轮22不同轴,且同步轮11的转动轴心线和第一圆锥齿轮的轴心线相互平行,同步轮11和第一圆锥齿轮22通过圆柱齿轮21相连。具体地,同步轮11通过轮齿和该圆柱齿轮22相互啮合,该圆柱齿轮21和第一圆锥齿轮22同轴,具体到本实施例中,圆柱齿轮21和第一圆锥齿轮22一体注塑成型或一体铸造成型。本实施例中,第一圆锥齿轮22和第二圆锥齿轮23均为90度圆锥齿轮。
参见附图6、7、9,支架300的上表面开设有一个沿窗帘左右方向延伸的安装槽301,安装槽301为长方形槽,安装座400的下表面具有与安装槽301的宽度相配合的限位凸起401,固定座31的下表面也具有与安装槽301的宽度相配合的限位凸起312,安装座400和固定座31通过螺钉固定连接在支架300上,且各限位凸起401、312正好卡在该安装槽301内,使得安装后,所有的安装座400和固定座31都是沿安装槽301的中心线呈线形排列,避免传动轴33和传动组件2偏移。
该收放式窗帘的工作过程如下:向下拉帘体100,拉绳200解卷,带动绕线轴32转动,传动轴33随之转动,通过传动组件2将传动方向转换90度,同步轮11随之转动,卷簧12逐渐自其中一个同步轮11上解卷后方向卷绕到两一个同步轮11上,发生形变具有弹性力,由于该弹性力不足以克服帘体100自身重力,帘体100处于拉开位置,如附图1、2。
向上托或推帘体100,即向帘体100施加一个较小的推力,该推力和卷簧12弹性力的合力足以克服帘体100自身重力,卷簧12复位,同步轮11反向转动,绕线轴32转动将拉绳200收卷,帘体100随之收卷,如附图3、4。
由于绕线轴32的外壁为斜面,在收卷时,先卷绕在绕线轴32上的线匝依次被后卷绕的线匝向前推,单层卷绕,避免了拉绳200层叠而发生的常绕或打结,收放顺畅;而且通过传动组件2转换传动方向,使得收放装置的布局合理、结构紧凑。
实施例2
参照附图14所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:同步轮11的转动轴心线是竖直的,即沿上下方向延伸。
实施例3
参照附图15所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:收放装置按上述方式C设置,即,同步轮组1为多个,绕线组件3也为多个,各同步轮组1左右两侧的传动组件2分别与至少一个绕线组件3相连接,其中相邻两个同步轮组1之间具有一或多个绕线组件3。具体到本实施例中,各同步轮组1的左右两侧分别设有一个绕线组件3,其中位于两个同步轮组1相对的传动组件2之间的绕线组件3的传动轴33的两端分别与这两个传动组件2的第二圆锥齿轮23相连接。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,是一种优选的实施例,其目的在于熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种收放式窗帘,包括用于安装窗帘帘体的支架、用于窗帘拉绳收放的收放装置,所述收放装置包括至少一个同步轮组、至少两个绕线组件;所述同步轮组包括至少一个卷簧、至少两个可转动地设于安装座上的同步轮,各所述卷簧的两端分别固定连接于两个同步轮以卷绕于两个同步轮上且在两个同步轮上的卷绕方向相反;各所述绕线组件分别包括固定座、可转动地设于所述固定座上的绕线轴及传动轴,所述传动轴与至少一个同步轮直接相连接或通过传动组件相连接,所述绕线轴穿设于所述传动轴且同轴,各绕线组件的传动轴的轴心线的延伸方向一致,其特征在于:所述安装座和所述固定组分别固定连接在所述支架上,所述支架上开设有限位槽,所述限位槽的中心线和所述传动轴的中心线的延伸方向一致,所述安装座、固定座上分别开设有与所述限位槽相配合的限位凸起,各所述限位凸起卡设于所述限位槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述收放装置包括一个所述同步轮组、位于所述同步轮组两侧的用于改变传动方向的传动组件,每一侧的所述传动组件连接有一个所述绕线组件;各所述传动组件分别包括相互啮合的第一圆锥齿轮和第二圆锥齿轮,两个所述传动组件的所述第一圆锥齿轮与至少一个所述同步轮相连接;各所述绕线组件的所述传动轴和对应的所述第二圆锥齿轮相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述收放装置包括一个所述同步轮组、位于所述同步轮组两侧的用于改变传动方向的传动组件、分别与两侧的传动组件连接的所述绕线组件,所述一侧的所述传动组件与至少两个所述绕线组件相连接;各所述传动组件分别包括相互啮合的第一圆锥齿轮和第二圆锥齿轮,两个所述传动组件的所述第一圆锥齿轮与至少一个所述同步轮相连接;各所述绕线组件的所述传动轴和对应的所述第二圆锥齿轮相连接,同一侧的传动轴共轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述收放装置包括多个所述同步轮组、多个所述绕线组件,各所述同步轮组的两侧分别设置有用于改变传动方向的传动组件,各所述同步轮组两侧的所述传动组件分别至少一个所述绕线组件相连接;各所述传动组件分别包括相互啮合的第一圆锥齿轮和第二圆锥齿轮,两个所述传动组件的所述第一圆锥齿轮与至少一个所述同步轮相连接;各所述绕线组件分别包括固定座、可转动地设于所述固定座上的绕线轴及传动轴,所述传动轴和对应的所述第二圆锥齿轮相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述同步轮的转动轴心线和所述传动轴的轴心线的延伸方向不同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述同步轮的转动轴心线和所述传动轴的轴心线相互垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述绕线轴的外壁沿所述传动轴的轴心线以逐渐向外的方式倾斜延伸,所述固定座的对应于所述绕线轴的外径较大的一端处开设有用于供拉绳穿过的穿线孔,所述拉绳和所述绕线轴的外径较小的一端相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的收放式窗帘,其特征在于:所述固定座上开设有穿线孔及导线孔,所述导线孔为多个且开设在所述固定座的不同位置,所述穿线孔位于所述绕线轴的外壁和多个所述导线孔之间。
