Abstract
本发明属于电子技术领域，提供了一种自助开房时的信息推送方法以及自助系统，方法包括：读取用户指纹信息；向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；读取用户所选择的房间；判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；若否，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；若是，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹，同时向用户推送专利信息。该发明通过读取验证客户的指纹信息，让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续，从而降低酒店的运营成本，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
Description
本发明属于电子技术领域，尤其是涉及一种自助开房时的信息推送方法以及自助系统。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种根据指纹开房的方法以及自助系统》，让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种自助开房时的信息推送方法，目的在于针对于当前酒店办理开房入住手续效率低又增加人工成本的情况，需要提供一种客户自助办理酒店入住手续的方法，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
本发明是这样实现的：一种自助开房时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
读取用户指纹信息；
向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；
读取用户所选择的房间；
判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；
若否，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；
若是，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种自助系统，包括：
第一读取单元，显示单元，第二读取单元，判断单元，提示单元，设置单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:
第一读取单元，用于读取用户指纹信息；
显示单元，其输入端与所述第一读取单元的输出端连接，用于向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；
第二读取单元，其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接，用于读取用户所选择的房间；
判断单元，其输入端与所述第二读取单元的输出端连接，用于判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；
提示单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于当用户输入的消费金额小于所述开房价格，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；
设置单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于当用户输入的消费金额大于所述开房价格，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述设置单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过读取验证客户的指纹信息，让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续，从而降低酒店的运营成本，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种自助开房时的信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，读取用户指纹信息。
在本实施例中，以客户酒店开房办理入住手续为例，客户进入酒店后，首先录入自己的指纹。
在步骤S102中，向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格。
当客户录入自己的指纹信息后，将向客户显示出当前剩余房间的信息，如房号、房间类型、价格等。
在步骤S103中，读取用户所选择的房间；在步骤S104中，判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；若否，则进入步骤S105，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；若是，则进入步骤S106，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹,同时向用户推送专利信息。
客户选择房间后，就进行相应的消费支付，支付可以为'现金支付、网银支付、支付宝支付、微信支付等。若用户的支付金额小于所选择房间的价格时，系统将提醒客户支付金额不够，需要继续支付或者提示客户是否需要进行退款；若用户的支付金额大于所选择房间的价格时，就把客户所选房间的解锁指纹认证设置为客户自己的指纹，客户可以直接验证指纹进入房间。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过读取验证客户的指纹信息，让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续，从而降低酒店的运营成本，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种自助系统的结构示意图，该自助系统包括：
第一读取单元21，显示单元22，第二读取单元23，判断单元24，提示单元25，设置单元26，专利信息推送单元27，其中：
第一读取单元21，用于读取用户指纹信息；
显示单元22，其输入端与所述第一读取单元21的输出端连接，用于向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；
第二读取单元23，其输入端与所述显示单元22的输出端连接，用于读取用户所选择的房间；
判断单元24，其输入端与所述第二读取单元23的输出端连接，用于判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；
提示单元25，其输入端与所述判断单元24的输出端连接，用于当用户输入的消费金额小于所述开房价格，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；
设置单元26，其输入端与所述判断单元24的输出端连接，用于当用户输入的消费金额大于所述开房价格，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹；
专利信息推送单元27，其输入端与所述设置单元26的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：第一读取单元21读取用户指纹信息；显示单元22向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；第二读取单元23读取用户所选择的房间；判断单元24判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；当用户输入的消费金额小于所述开房价格，提示单元25提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；当用户输入的消费金额大于所述开房价格，设置单元26将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹,同时，专利信息推送单元27向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过读取验证客户的指纹信息，让客户自助办理酒店开房入住手续，从而降低酒店的运营成本，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

- 一种自助开房时的信息推送方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：读取用户指纹信息；向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；读取用户所选择的房间；判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；若否，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；若是，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹，同时向用户推送专利信息。
- 一种自助系统，其特征在于，所述自助系统包括：第一读取单元，显示单元，第二读取单元，判断单元，提示单元，设置单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:第一读取单元，用于读取用户指纹信息；显示单元，其输入端与所述第一读取单元的输出端连接，用于向用户显示当前剩余房间的位置以及开房价格；第二读取单元，其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接，用于读取用户所选择的房间；判断单元，其输入端与所述第二读取单元的输出端连接，用于判断用户输入的消费金额是否大于所述开房价格；提示单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于当用户输入的消费金额小于所述开房价格，提示用户继续输入消费金额或退出用户所输入的消费金额；设置单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于当用户输入的消费金额大于所述开房价格，将用户所选房间的解锁所需的指纹认证设置为用户的指纹；专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述设置单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
