Selon l'invention, un signal d'urgence d'un client d'un hôtel peut être surveillé en temps réel, et une scène surveillée correspondante est mise en évidence sur un écran de surveillance, de sorte que le personnel de surveillance puisse trouver plus facilement et plus opportunément des conditions anormales dans l'hôtel, ce qui garantit la sécurité des clients et du personnel de l'hôtel dans tout l'hôtel.
