本发明属于互联网领域，提供了一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法以及订房系统，方法包括：记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；读取所述目的地城市的地图；在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。该发明通过在地图上计算出与各个景点距离最短的点，在该点的一定范围内筛选酒店，使酒店至各个景点的距离都相对较短，便于用户以一种较为科学的方式筛选酒店，从而使用户在旅行期间内往返于酒店和景点之间的距离相对较短，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

Description

一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法以及订房系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及 一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法以及订房系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请 / 权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权 / 申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权 / 申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《一种根据最短距离预定酒店的方法以及订房系统》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法 ， 通过在地图上计算出与各个景点距离最短的点，在该点的一定范围内筛选酒店，使酒店至各个景点的距离都相对较短，便于用户以一种较为科学的方式筛选酒店，从而使用户在旅行期间内往返于酒店和景点之间的距离相对较短，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；
读取所述目的地城市的地图；
在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；
根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种订房系统，包括：
记录单元，读取单元，推导单元，显示单元，专利信息推送单元，其中 :
记录单元，用于记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；
读取单元，用于读取所述目的地城市的地图；
推导单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接，用于在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；
显示单元，其输入端分别与所述推导单元的输出端以及所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明通过在地图上计算出与各个景点距离最短的点，在该点的一定范围内筛选酒店，使酒店至各个景点的距离都相对较短，便于用户以一种较为科学的方式筛选酒店，从而使用户在旅行期间内往返于酒店和景点之间的距离相对较短，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围。
在本实施例中，假设小 A 将去北京旅游 2-3 天，他打算查找位置合适的酒店，将记录目的地城市设为'北京市'，记录的景点设置为 '天坛'、'故宫'、'后海'，同时记录的半径范围为一千米。
在步骤 S102 中，读取所述目的地城市的地图。
根据现有技术，可以读取国家公共地图信息，读取到'北京市'地图。
在步骤 S103 中，在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点。
根据地图上'天坛'、'故宫'、'后海'相应的点，可知该三个地图相应的点之间，存在一个离三个点距离之和最短的物理点，根据几何学定律，三角形内部费马点距离各顶点之和距离最短，推导出在地图上对应的地理位置，该位置在北京市东直门附近的点 C 。
在步骤 S104 中，根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
如上一步骤中，根据所述查找酒店的半径范围一千米，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点 C 在一千米内的所有酒店信息供用户小 A 参考，小 A 在北京的几天就可以往返与所述景点和酒店之间，所耗费的时间和距离是相对较短的。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过在地图上计算出与各个景点距离最短的点，在该点的一定范围内筛选酒店，使酒店至各个景点的距离都相对较短，便于用户以一种较为科学的方式筛选酒店，从而使用户在旅行期间内往返于酒店和景点之间的距离相对较短，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

记录单元 21 ，读取单元 22 ，推导单元 23 ，显示单元 24 ，专利信息推送单元 25 ，其中 :
记录单元 21 ，用于记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；
读取单元 22 ，用于读取所述目的地城市的地图；
推导单元 23 ，其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述读取单元 23 的输出端连接，用于在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；
显示单元 24 ，其输入端分别与所述推导单元 23 的输出端以及所述记录单元 21 的输出端连接，用于根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述显示单元 24 的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；读取单元 22 ，读取所述目的地城市的地图；推导单元 23 ，在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；显示单元 24 ，根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息；专利信息推送单元 25 ，向用户推送专利信息

Claims (2)

  1. 一种酒店推荐时的信息展示方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；
    读取所述目的地城市的地图；
    在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；
    根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种订房系统，其特征在于，所述订房系统包括：
    记录单元，读取单元，推导单元，显示单元，专利信息推送单元，其中 :
    记录单元，用于记录用户输入的目的地城市及在该城市要拜访的景点，同时记录用户可接受的查找酒店的半径范围；
    读取单元，用于读取所述目的地城市的地图；
    推导单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接，用于在地图上推导出与所述各景点间距离最短的点；
    显示单元，其输入端分别与所述推导单元的输出端以及所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于根据所述查找酒店的半径范围，返回并显示与景点距离最短的点在所述半径范围的所有酒店信息；
    专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
