Abstract

La présente invention appartient au domaine de la technologie électronique, et concerne un procédé de réservation d'une chambre sur la base d'une empreinte digitale, et un système de libre-service. Le procédé consiste à : lire les informations d'empreinte digitale d'un utilisateur; afficher à l'utilisateur l'emplacement et le prix des chambres actuellement restantes; lire la chambre sélectionnée par l'utilisateur; déterminer si le paiement entré par l'utilisateur est supérieur au prix de la chambre: si tel n'est pas le cas, inviter l'utilisateur à continuer à entrer le paiement ou à renvoyer le paiement entré par l'utilisateur; si tel est le cas, régler de l'authentification d'empreinte requise pour déverrouiller la chambre sélectionnée par l'utilisateur pour qu'elle soit l'empreinte digitale de l'utilisateur. En lisant et en vérifiant les informations d'empreintes digitales du client, la présente invention permet au client de réserver une chambre et s'enregistrer dans un hôtel de manière autonome, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts de fonctionnement de l'hôtel.
