Abstract

本公开实施例提供了一种信息收发方法、装置及系统,涉及无线通信技术领域,该方法包括:与基站建立连接;在与基站建立连接的过程中,向基站发送终端能力信息,终端能力信息中包括表示终端能力的字段,终端能力至少包括延时能力、功耗能力、可靠性能力、eMBB能力、mMTC能力、URLLC能力中的至少一种和数据吞吐量能力,基站用于根据终端能力信息将终端接入移动数据网络;解决了基站在分配网络资源时只能依据终端的数据吞吐量能力进行分配,无法分配与业务的类型对应的网络资源的问题,达到了终端发送的终端能力更加全面,基站在分配资源时能够根据终端发送的多种终端能力为终端分配与业务的类型对应的网络资源的效果。
