Abstract
육플루오르화우라늄(UF6) 누츌 감지 시스템 및 방법이 제공된다. 상기 육플루오르화우라늄(UF6) 누출 감지 시스템은, 기화기(10), 상기 기화기(10) 내부에 배치되고, 고체 상태의 UF6를 수용하는 실린더(11), 상기 기화기(10)에 설치되고, 상기 기화기(10) 내의 질소가스를 가열하여 상기 실린더(11)를 가열하는 히터(12) 및 상기 기화기(10) 외부에 배치되고, 상기 기화기(12) 내의 질소가스를 유도하고 공기공급 펌프(14)는 주변의 공기를 특수 2중 노즐(15)로 공급하여 노즐 끝단 이후에서 UF6 가스와 수분이 반응되도록 하여 HF 가스가 존재하는지 실시간으로 감지하는 감지 센서(13)를 포함한다.
