Abstract
Un système d'enregistrement différentiel pouvant être connecté à un fil avec au moins deux électrodes comprend : le fil ayant une extrémité distale ; au moins un amplificateur pouvant être connecté électriquement aux deux électrodes ou plus, le ou les amplificateurs soustrayant un signal enregistré par l'une des deux électrodes ou plus, à partir d'un signal enregistré par l'autre des deux électrodes ou plus pour générer un signal différentiel ; une mémoire configurée pour mémoriser ledit signal différentiel et des indications de référence de signaux électriques associés au tissu nerveux ; un ensemble de circuits de traitement pour détecter une position anatomique, l'ensemble de circuits de traitement calculant une position anatomique du fil électrique sur la base du traitement du signal différentiel et des indications de référence des signaux électriques associés au tissu nerveux.
