Abstract

一种车载系统及车辆设施的控制方法,其中车载系统包括:特征信息采集单元,用于采集人体特征信息;存储单元,用于存储人体特征信息以及与人体特征信息对应的身份信息;匹配单元,用于将由特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息;以及控制单元,用于根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。

技术领域
本申请属于汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种车载系统及车辆设施的控制方法。
背景技术
目前,家庭使用车辆可能会有不同驾驶员来驾驶,因此车钥匙需要在不同驾驶员之间传递,容易丢失或找不到。更换驾驶员时,驾驶位置处的座椅需要重新调节。此外,每个驾驶员使用车载显示的习惯也不一样,每次更换驾驶员都需经过一系列控制和适应。因此,能自动识别不同的驾驶员,并根据驾驶员的习惯自动控制各项车内设置的智能车载系统是必要的。
发明内容
根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种车载系统,包括:特征信息采集单元,用于采集人体特征信息;存储单元,用于存储人体特征信息以及与人体特征信息对应的身份信息;匹配单元,用于将由特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息;以及控制单元,用于根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。
根据本申请的实施例,人体特征信息可以包括指纹信息,并且特征信息采集单元可以包括指纹识别传感器,用于采集指纹信息。
根据本申请的实施例,所述车载系统还可以包括摄像单元和发 送单元。摄像单元可以用于在匹配单元对包括指纹信息的人体特征信息匹配失败后进行拍照,并且发送单元可以用于将摄像单元拍摄的照片发送给车主。
根据本申请的实施例,人体特征信息可以包括脸部信息,并且特征信息采集单元可以包括人脸识别模块,用于采集脸部信息。
根据本申请的实施例,所述车载系统还可以包括发送单元,用于在匹配单元对包括脸部信息的人体特征信息匹配失败后,将人脸识别模块采集的脸部信息发送给车主。
根据本申请的实施例,所述车载系统还可以包括接收单元,用于接收车主发送的控制信息,并根据控制信息控制车门打开或不打开。
根据本申请的实施例,控制单元可以包括座椅控制模块、音乐播放控制模块和车体颜色控制模块中的至少一种。
根据本申请的实施例,控制单元可以包括音乐播放控制模块,并且所述车载系统还可以包括排序单元,当车内有多个乘客时,排序单元可按照存储的排序模式对各个乘客的优选级进行排序,并且音乐播放控制模块可根据各个乘客的优选级对音乐的播放顺序进行控制。
根据本申请的实施例,所述车载系统还可以包括语音识别单元和报警单元。语音识别单元可以用于识别语音信息,并且报警单元可以用于将语音识别单元所识别出的语音信息与存储的报警语音信息进行比对,并根据比对结果进行报警。
根据本申请的实施例,所述车载系统还可以包括车载显示单元,用于在匹配单元匹配成功后,根据身份信息进行显示。
根据本申请的实施例,特征信息采集单元的数量可以为多个,分别设置在各个车门上。
根据本申请的另一个方面,提供一种车辆设施的控制方法,包括:采集人体特征信息;将采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息;以及根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。
根据本申请的实施例,采集人体特征信息的步骤可以包括:采 集指纹信息;或采集脸部信息。
根据本申请的实施例,所述车辆设施的控制方法还可以包括:当采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息匹配失败后,采集脸部信息,并将该脸部信息发送给车主。
根据本申请的车载系统,可以通过特征信息采集单元对待进入车内的人员的人体特征信息进行采集。当所采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息相匹配时,则说明该待进入车内的人员为安全用户。此时,匹配单元可以确定出该人员的身份信息,并且控制单元可以根据确定的身份信息对车内的设施进行控制,从而使得车辆驾驶的个性化控制省时省力。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请的各个实施例作进一步详细描述。
图1为本申请的一个实施例的车载系统的示意性框图。
如图1所示,根据本实施例的车载系统可以包括特征信息采集单元、存储单元、匹配单元和控制单元。
根据本申请的实施例,特征信息采集单元可以安装在车辆的车门位置处,用于采集人体的特征信息。然而,本申请不限于此,特征信息采集单元的安装位置没有限定于车门,而是可以安装在车辆的其他位置处。根据本申请的实施例,可以在每个车门位置处均安装特征 信息采集单元。存储单元用于存储人体特征信息以及与人体特征信息对应的身份信息。匹配单元用于将由特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息。控制单元用于根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。身份信息可以包括(但不限于)具体的身份和习惯等。例如,身份可以为驾驶员或者乘客,习惯可以包括座椅的位置和/或角度、喜爱的音乐类型、车体颜色等。应当认识到,本文所述的对两个信息“进行匹配”是指,对两个信息进行比较,并确定这两个信息是否相匹配。
根据本申请的实施例,可以通过各种非易失性存储装置来实现存储单元,例如,SD卡。可以通过软件、硬件和/或固件来实现根据本申请实施例的车载系统中的匹配单元和控制单元。
根据本实施例的车载系统,可以通过特征信息采集单元对待进入车内的人员的人体特征信息进行采集。当所采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息相匹配时,则说明该待进入车内的人员为安全用户。此时,匹配单元可以确定出该人员的身份信息,并且控制单元可以根据确定的身份信息对车内的设施进行控制,例如,控制驾驶位置处的座椅等,从而使得车辆驾驶的个性化控制省时省力。
根据本申请的实施例,控制单元可以包括座椅控制模块、音乐播放控制模块和车体颜色控制模块中的至少一种。
当特征信息采集单元所采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息相匹配时,匹配单元可以从存储单元得到与该人体特征信息对应的身份信息。此时,座椅控制模块可以根据身份信息对座椅的位置进行控制;音乐播放控制模块可以根据身份信息将待播放的音乐控制为该用户所喜爱的音乐类型;车体颜色控制模块可以根据身份信息将车体的颜色控制为该用户所喜欢的颜色。在此情况下,车体外壳可采用电致变色材料。
当车载系统的控制单元包括音乐播放控制模块时,车载系统还可以包括排序单元。当车内有多个乘客时,排序单元可按照存储的排序模式对各个乘客的优选级进行排序,并且音乐播放控制模块可根据 各个乘客的优选级对音乐的播放顺序进行控制。
例如,当车辆的使用者为包括爸爸、妈妈和孩子的家庭时,在特征信息采集单元采集完待进入车内的所有人员的人体特征信息,并通过匹配单元成功确定出各个人员的身份信息(即,爸爸、妈妈和孩子)后,排序单元可以根据存储的排序模式对进入车辆的各个人员的优选级进行排序,例如,排序结果可以为孩子的优先级>妈妈的优先级>爸爸的优先级,随后,音乐播放控制模块可以将待播放的音乐控制为孩子所喜爱的音乐类型。根据本申请的实施例,排序模式可预先存储在车载系统的存储单元中。
根据本申请的实施例,车载系统还可以包括语音识别单元和报警单元。语音识别单元可以用于识别语音信息,并且报警单元可以用于将语音识别单元所识别出的语音信息与存储的报警语音信息进行比对,并根据比对结果进行报警。根据本申请的实施例,报警语音信息可预先存储在车载系统的存储单元中。
通过预先存储报警语音信息(例如,暗语),当遇到危险情况时,乘客可以说出暗语,并且车载系统的语音识别单元可以识别到乘客发出的语音信息,并且报警单元将识别到的语音信息与存储的报警语音信息进行比对。如果对比成功(即,比对结果指示识别到的语音信息是报警语音信息),则自动进行报警,以确保乘坐车辆的人员的人身安全。
根据本申请的实施例,车载系统还可以包括车载显示单元,用于在匹配单元匹配成功后,根据身份信息进行显示。
例如,当车载系统包括一个车载显示单元并且进入车内的乘客仅有一人时,车载显示单元可以根据确定的身份信息来显示该乘客喜好的显示内容;当进入车内的乘客为多人时,车载显示单元可以根据例如排序单元的排序结果来进行显示。然而,本申请不限于此,车载系统可以包括多个车载显示单元,其分别设置在副驾驶座位的前方,以及后排座椅的前方。在此情况下,可以根据在每个位置处(例如,乘客进入车辆时所开启的车门)确定的身份信息来使得相应的车载显示单元分别显示不同的内容。
图2为本申请的另一个实施例的车载系统的示意性框图。
如图2所示,根据本实施例的车载系统可以包括特征信息采集单元、存储单元、匹配单元和控制单元,其中,特征信息采集单元可以包括指纹识别传感器,用于采集指纹信息。
存储单元可以预先存储允许进入车辆的人员的指纹信息,以及与各个指纹信息对应的身份信息。
根据本申请的实施例,可以在车辆的各个车门中至少一个上安装指纹识别传感器,当待进入车内的人员手指按压车门处的指纹传感器时,指纹传感器采集指纹信息,并将采集的指纹信息发送给匹配单元。匹配单元将指纹传感器采集的指纹信息与存储单元中存储的指纹信息进行匹配。如果匹配成功,则车门解锁并打开,同时,控制单元可以根据匹配单元所确定的身份信息对该车辆内部的设施进行控制。
根据本申请的实施例,可以在车辆的各个车门处均设置指纹识别传感器。当多人同时乘坐车辆时,设置在各个车门处的指纹识别传感器可以对待进入车内的人员分别采集指纹信息,并将采集的指纹信息发送给匹配单元。匹配单元可以将设置在驾驶员位置处的车门的指纹传感器所采集的指纹信息与存储单元中存储的指纹信息进行匹配。如果匹配成功,则车门解锁并打开。此外,控制单元可以根据匹配单元所确定的各个身份信息,对该车辆内部的设施进行控制。
根据本申请的实施例,车载系统还可以包括摄像单元和发送单元。摄像单元可以用于在匹配单元对包括指纹信息的人体特征信息匹配失败后进行拍照,并且发送单元可以用于将摄像单元拍摄的照片发送给车主。
当指纹识别传感器所采集的待进入车内的人员的指纹信息与存储单元中存储的指纹信息不匹配时,摄像单元开启并对该人员进行拍照,随后发送单元将该人员的照片发送给车主。当车主通过,例如,移动终端接收到车载系统发送的照片时,车主可以判断待进入车内的人员是否为安全用户,即,车主是否许可该人员进入车辆。如果车主判定该待进入车内的人员不是安全用户,则可以报警。
根据本申请的实施例,可以设置预定的阈值,当指纹识别传感 器所采集的待进入车内的人员的指纹信息与存储单元中存储的指纹信息不匹配的次数超过该阈值时,摄像单元开启并对该人员进行拍照,随后发送单元将该人员的照片发送给车主。
根据本申请的实施例,车载系统还可以包括接收单元,用于接收车主发送的控制信息,并根据控制信息控制车门打开或不打开。例如,当车主根据接收到的由车载系统的摄像单元所拍摄的照片判定该待进入车内的人员是安全用户时,车主可以发送的控制信息,以控制车门打开,使得该人员进入车内,从而实现车辆的远程安全控制。
根据本申请的实施例,摄像单元可以实现为摄像头或数码相机。此外,可以根据各种无线通信协议来实现根据本申请实施例的车载系统中的发送单元和接收单元。
此外,虽然未示出,但根据本实施例的车载系统还可以包括结合图1进行描述的各个功能单元中的至少之一。
图3为本申请的另一个实施例的车载系统的示意性框图。
如图3所示,根据本实施例的车载系统可以包括特征信息采集单元、存储单元、匹配单元和控制单元,其中,特征信息采集单元可以包括人脸识别模块,用于采集脸部信息。
存储单元可以预先存储允许进入车辆的人员的脸部信息,以及与各个脸部信息对应的身份信息。
根据本实施例的车载系统包括人脸识别模块,当对安装有该车载系统的车辆进行操作时,首先由人脸识别模块采集操作人员的脸部信息,并将该脸部信息发送给匹配单元。匹配单元将人脸识别模块所采集的脸部信息与存储单元中存储的脸部信息进行匹配。如果匹配成功,则将根据脸部信息确定的身份信息发送给控制单元,控制单元可以根据身份信息对车内的设施进行控制。
根据本申请的实施例,车载系统还可以包括发送单元,用于在匹配单元对包括脸部信息的人体特征信息匹配失败后,将人脸识别模块采集的脸部信息发送给车主。当车主通过,例如,移动终端接收到车载系统发送的脸部信息时,车主可以判断待进入车内的人员是否为安全用户,即,车主是否许可该人员进入车辆。如果车主判定该待进 入车内的人员不是安全用户,则可以报警。
根据本申请的实施例,车载系统还可以包括接收单元,用于接收车主发送的控制信息,并根据控制信息控制车门打开或不打开。例如,当车主根据接收到的由车载系统的人脸识别模块采集的脸部信息判定该待进入车内的人员是安全用户时,车主可以发送的控制信息,以控制车门打开,使得该人员进入车内,从而实现车辆的远程安全控制。
此外,虽然未示出,但根据本实施例的车载系统还可以包括结合图1进行描述的各个功能单元中的至少之一。
图4为本申请的实施例的车辆设施的控制方法的示意性流程图。
如图4所示,根据本实施例的车辆设施的控制方法包括:
采集人体特征信息;
将采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息;以及
根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。
人体特征信息可以包括指纹信息和/或脸部信息。在匹配过程中,可以将采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,如果配成功,则根据匹配的人体特征信息确定对应的身份信息。在成功匹配之后,可以根据确定的身份信息对车内设施进行控制。
此外,当在采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息匹配失败后,还可以包括步骤:采集脸部信息,并将该脸部信息发送给车主。
例如,当采集的待进入车内的人员的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息不匹配时,可以通过摄像单元对进行拍照,并通过发送单元将照片发送给车主。车主可以判断待进入车内的人员是否为安全用户,即,车主是否许可该人员进入车辆。如果判定为不是安全用户,则可以报警;如果判定为安全用户,则可以远程控制车辆,以使车门打开。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本申请的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本申请并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本申请的精神和实质的情况下,可以做 出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种车载系统,包括:
    特征信息采集单元,用于采集人体特征信息;
    存储单元,用于存储人体特征信息以及与人体特征信息对应的身份信息;
    匹配单元,用于将由特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息与存储单元中存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与特征信息采集单元采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息;以及
    控制单元,用于根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,其中,人体特征信息包括指纹信息,并且特征信息采集单元包括指纹识别传感器,用于采集指纹信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车载系统,还包括摄像单元和发送单元,
    其中,摄像单元用于在匹配单元对包括指纹信息的人体特征信息匹配失败后进行拍照,并且发送单元用于将摄像单元拍摄的照片发送给车主。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,其中,人体特征信息包括脸部信息,并且特征信息采集单元包括人脸识别模块,用于采集脸部信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车载系统,还包括发送单元,用于在匹配单元对包括脸部信息的人体特征信息匹配失败后,将人脸识别模块采集的脸部信息发送给车主。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,还包括接收单元,用于接 收车主发送的控制信息,并根据控制信息控制车门打开或不打开。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,其中,控制单元包括座椅控制模块、音乐播放控制模块和车体颜色控制模块中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车载系统,其中,控制单元包括音乐播放控制模块,并且所述车载系统还包括排序单元,当车内有多个乘客时,排序单元按照存储的排序模式对各个乘客的优选级进行排序,并且音乐播放控制模块根据各个乘客的优选级对音乐的播放顺序进行控制。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,还包括语音识别单元和报警单元,
    其中,语音识别单元用于识别语音信息,并且
    报警单元用于将语音识别单元所识别出的语音信息与存储的报警语音信息进行比对,并根据比对结果进行报警。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,还包括车载显示单元,用于在匹配单元匹配成功后,根据身份信息进行显示。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的车载系统,其中,特征信息采集单元的数量为多个,分别设置在各个车门上。
  12. 一种车辆设施的控制方法,包括:
    采集人体特征信息;
    将采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息进行匹配,并根据匹配结果确定与采集的人体特征信息对应的身份信息;以及
    根据身份信息对车内设施进行控制。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车辆设施的控制方法,其中,采集 人体特征信息的步骤包括:
    采集指纹信息;或
    采集脸部信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的车辆设施的控制方法,还包括:
    当采集的人体特征信息与存储的人体特征信息匹配失败后,采集脸部信息,并将该脸部信息发送给车主。
