Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transmission de données, le procédé consistant à : déterminer un numéro de trame radio de système correspondant à une section d'occupation de canal sur un spectre sans licence et un rapport de sous-trame de liaison montante et de liaison descendante de la section d'occupation de canal; selon le numéro de trame radio de système correspondant à la section d'occupation de canal sur le spectre sans licence et le rapport de sous-trame de liaison montante et de liaison descendante de la section d'occupation de canal, déterminer un moment d'envoi d'une requête de planification dans la section d'occupation de canal, qui peut garantir qu'un point de position de temps d'envoi d'une requête de planification qui est déterminé dans un scénario d'application du spectre sans licence tombe exactement à l'intérieur d'une fenêtre de temps d'occupation de canal qui peut être utilisée par un canal de liaison montante, ce qui augmente ainsi l'efficacité de transmission de données de liaison montante.
